From the moment I arrived to the shop, Michelle level set expectations about the shops process, estimated timelines, and how often I could expect to hear updates around my repairs. “Everytime I go to vw I always have a very friendly experience, the staff is great specially Milton, we always go back to him when we need a vehicle. We are loyal customers because of the great experience we always have when we visit heritage vw in Union City. Clean building, good service department, they always fix our vehicles. One thing it can be better could be an easier way to get an appointment for service because sometimes they don’t answer the phone. “On Monday, Aug. 12th I went to Auto Nation for an oil change. I had purchased my own oil and I just needed them to put it in for me. I was met by a service writer who told her name was Precious. She immediately gathered the information from my car and had it taken into the garage. In just about one hour, Precious advised me my car was ready and I was on my way. I appreciate the prompt service I was given and the good job they did.”

“I drove almost 7 hours to pick up my vehicle. My salesperson, Xavier was absolutely amazing. He communicated with me throughout the process and all the way up until I left the parking lot. I had a few concerns which we came up with a solution, but I didn't benefit me. In my opinion, the vehicle wasn't fully inspected like it should have been, but they immediately fixed the issue. Also, the atmosphere wasn't as welcoming, it was very quiet. Most dealerships have music playing over the speakers, have balloons, or something to make it more inviting. The start wasn't very positive as I waited over 3 hours for a diagnostic and no one communicated the status of my vehicle, I had to ask myself.
