The guy there with the brown leather trench coat light skin or mix with a raggedy Afro works there. He got in my conversation as I was pulling in and in m conversation I said to mechanic that I was at the emissions place with my Check engine light on and he interrupts my conversation saying that my car wasn’t going to pass, so I just looked over at him and politely said that he still has to do my emissions. What about he ran my car the wrong way and failed my car on purpose had my car on someone else messed report or wrongly hooked it. I had to go back my mechanic and of course it was a sensor that doesn’t matter for emissions. Long story I went to another location and my car pass and they also said whoever done my first emissions done it all wrong and should be audited and will be reported. Be ware it might not be your car it could be this.

Fast in and out service. I have passed by this location many times, but this was the first time I had visited. No regrets, definitely my “go to” from now on.

I had my car inspected here 2 time. Last year 2023 went there and inspector had me to pull my car up and when I pull my car and open the door, it hit a metal piece and put a dent in my door. I asked the guy to call the manager he said ma’am, for that little dent I said yeah it’s not a dent It broke my fiberglass on my door he said I will get in trouble or get fired I didn’t want the young man to get fired, but something had to be done for this. I said called the manager told him to give me my inspection for free and he said the Manger when I come back next year( which was today 5/2024. The manger had amnesia and was rude. Another tenant called him on the phone and explained the situation. He did not want to talk to me and said he will call me back but has not done so would not he did not even honor the $21 inspection for this year. My car caused more than $21 last year and $21 this year total of $42. The other inspector that was on the phone with the manager Chris today, said that the other guy from last year got fired for doing shady stuff at the inspection station and there was nothing they can do about it, but the shady inspector told me the manager said come back this year and he will give me free inspection for this year. My mistake I should have pursued and get my car repaired, which would’ve been way more than $42. Me being being empathetic didn’t want the guy to get in trouble or fired so I took the free inspection 2023 and went back this year and the manager had amnesia and do anything for me. This place was unprofessional to me and rude. I understand some of the positive reviews, because my experience before last year‘s incident was good but 2023 and 2024 was not. I would not be going back because I do not like unprofessional people and unavoidable owners or managers you could have spoken to me and maybe we would have resolve this and had a returning customer but I yes like the old saying…one monkey don’t stop No Show. Well this monkey will not be coming back again. This review is true.this is what I experienced today May 14, 2024. Even tho this happened last year and the manager/owner didn’t honor his words I will be contacting legal advisors to see what and if anything can be done. Wish I could attach picture of my door. I know I’m not the only one this happened to. Former Inspector had me pulling up to close to the metal bracket and that’s how my door was damages.

Went there this morning to get an Emission while they were open for business. The inspector was mowing the back grass area with headphones on. As he noticed me pull up to the station, he shook his head NO and said he was not doing Emissions at the moment because he was busy mowing the lawn. Wow, what great customer service. Will never visit here again.

Be weary, there's one who seems energetic and adhd their name is Norris he's weird af, no respect for boundaries but he'll get you out. Then there's Dominique their Navy vet who takes their time to make sure everything is right before he goes in a wonderful rant about whatever you talked about. He's weird but he's a great conversationalist so I digress

They get you in and out. Staff very accommodating. Prices on higher end ($22), many others I've seen are $18. Was pushed for time. As was the case here, most inspection places close at 6 pm.
