“Today my family (4 girls 10-14mos) continued our trek back home from being out west for work. Been traveling 11 days straight. Wanting to avoid Atlanta we took an alternate route. At what was supposed to be a quick bathroom break before hitting 16-E, I noticed a low tire on our 5th wheel. Turned out to be pretty flat.I did a quick search online as my husband tried to see if it would hold air. Sharpsburg Tires came up closest and with some of the highest rated reviews I have seen in a long time. We prayed, calles, and they said they could help . Patient, even as my husband misheard the gps directions and had to back up, turn around to their parking lot. Immediately, they got to it. Technician found a nail that caused the side wall to blow out. Within 30 minutes we were back on the road. They were courteous, quick, thorough. They have public restrooms, good if you have kids, and didn't cause a fuss when my girls climbed a tree on their lot. First tree they have been able to climb in 4 months. Wonderful when kids are allowed that. Today, they are heros in our eyes and save us from disaster. God Bless.”

“On my way to Hiawassee, Ga from Florida, I blew a second tire on my motorhome, now I am on the side of I-85! This man took the time to work with me to find a size tire that was equivalent to the "motorhome" tires that no one stocks. He had 4! Brought those 4 tires to me, with balance kits and valve stems! Found a safe place, and worked diligently to change all four of the rear tires. On a Saturday night, the cost for 4 tires, balance kits, valve stems, Road call, disposal fees, tax, ect., was extremely reasonable. If you need road service, this is the man to call. Thank you for all you did, Ray Ray!”

“Young lady up front was very nice . Told her a had a flat that needed repair. Was done in about 15 minutes. 2 days later needed front-end alignment after replacing front ball joints. Work was done that afternoon and at a great price ! They are always busy but the 2 gentlemen in the shop take time to listen to your concerns ! I have also had brake rotors turned here.. try to find someone that does that anymore !Great service and friendly people !”

I have asked them to check my transmission fluid, and radiator fluid, and battery to see if they needed replacement, as they were all beyond what the owner's manual recommended. They said they were all fine, but did recommend changing the cabin air filter. If they were dishonest, they could have said everything needed to be replaced. So, I trust them.”

I ? was so caught up in the keeping of my vehicle ?. Let me say this with the utter most sincerity. They fixed an issue that was supposed to have already been fixed by another service vehicle business in the area. Not only did they show me, awwh, fam, they allowed me to come in their space and showed me where the other business didn't tighten what I had paid to be put on initially. . And they charged me. Now, I did take it back to the 1st business, giving them another chance. But, the engine light came back on. So I decided to bring it to this business, Fairburn Emissions. Yesss I had to pay again, understandably, because I brought it to this business. But the price wasn't out landish! Jamie, the overseer, took it to go and get my emissions test done for me, and I paid them accordingly. My engine light was the problem, and they took care of it. I was able to get my sticker for my vehicle that I soooo badly ? ? ? ? ? needed. Family, it's Hella rough out here in these streets ? ?. I needed to collect ? ? ? myself and add this very important part as to why I came to Fairburn Emissions in the first place. Thank you, Jamie, the owner, for going the extra mile ? ? ? ?. ? ? A idiot ran my daughter out of the road on 74 hwy at the BP and she hit the curb and busted 3 of her tires and bent one of the wheels, she could have been killed. This person didn't even stop to help her, they didn't know if she was hurt or not. Carma will get them.”
