Visited the shop today to get my after market exhaust system, which I installed, tweaked. The owner Mike was extremely knowledgeable and polite. The shop seemed busy but was managed professionally. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing exhaust or performance work done. Great job. And very satisfied. Thanks again, Mr. Jimmy. You guys definitely earned and deserved 5 stars.

Fast, all done in 3 hours, professional, inspection was done in front of us, they recommended replacement for 2.. but didn't try to slam us for the other 2 (it's a blind item really) love the truthfulness!

Called to get a general price on a simple exhaust but only got the runaround. In pretty sure this is not a place you would want to take your car.

This shop, Sharpsburg Muffler is really worthy, better price as honestly and fairly, and very highly recommend for you guys to go because workers are very friendly, very great job that they have a lot of experience with any vehicles for a long time. Look at what they did is take careful of install engineering engine mount kits and headers. They did amazing job on my 2023 Toyota GR86 Premium!?????? I love to listening to headers so louder!Again, very highly recommend for you guys to go there!

Thought they were ok and had a decent amount of work done until the first time something went wrong and they didn't stand behind the mistake. Cost me hundreds on repairing a set of autocross trailing arms and burned the brand new clutch on my wife's car. Waited weeks to get the call back to "settle up". Learned my lesson and won't return.Services: Transmission

Very very bad business I wouldn’t recommend no one to do business with SMP they are very unprofessional and have been working on my 1986 Monte Carlo for 3 years and I’m still not able to drive my car yet. Yesterday I had to go and pick my car up and take it to another shop, I’ve spent over 15k dealing with this shop and still not able to drive my car it’s sad… idk if they have something against black people in general or just trying to scam people out of their money it’s just ridiculous!!! It seems like soon as they fix one thing and charge high prices for the fix here comes something else that they claim is “WRONG” so again I DO NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE DO BUSINESS WITH SMP IF YOU HAVE AN OLD SCHOOL HOT ROD THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO BUILD. This establishment is very unprofessional. The owner will flat out scam you he will quote you a price and then increase the price randomly with no explanation. They will tell you they are working on your car for weeks then ask you for additional money when you press the issue of finishing the car. The guys replaced my transmission in my truck. I bought a used transmission and most shops would not even install it. They not only installed it but serviced the new (replacement) and did it in record time. Back on the road again and extremely happy.
