The best staff, especially when Barry and Larry worked together. Larry retired. Barry transferred to Senoia. I know they get a lot of pharmacy students in and out of there that they're training and working with ... that's understandable. They serve tons of customers with loads of scripts to be filled.... DAILY; & I still think they do an amazing job of trying to fill them a; yet, also notifying when they're ready- by text. That's a lot to do; and they still do it well. Kudos to Alpha and Luke who always manage to be pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. And thanks to all of the other support staff .

I am a hospice nurse, and a family member was unable to leave patient to pick up medication (which were pending since yesterday). I was told it would be 15 minutes, then I said that I would return. They then said, well we would wait to fill it. Daughter Of patient called, and then they said it wouldn't be ready until 12 noon. They also told daughter that she could pick it up from another pharmacy. Poor customer service, could take lessons from Chick Fila

Yesterday, after speaking with the Pharmacist in depth about getting the remainder of my out of stock prescription filled, he, Kr, a person of color, asked me a person of color a question I have never been asked before while picking up a prescription. After arriving later the same day to pickup my prescription, I gave him my name and date of birth. He then got my refrigerated prescription, placed it in a bag, and before he handed it to me, he asked for my address! Is it customary to ask a person picking up a non narcotic prescription their address? My husband picked up this same prescription the month before. The lady picking up beside wasn’t asked either.Kr. on the phone and in person you have an arrogance about you. So much so that my adult child stated that she felt you looked down on us. I’m sure she would have been surprised to see your interaction with other people not of color. Remember how you graciously came outside of the Pharmacy area to help this lady slide her card? Well, please know this, keep looking down to make you feel good about you! As I already know that you’ll never be where I currently am!Publix please help your employees and/or contractors know that all people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. And, if they’re not capable of that, perhaps choose instead to work with innate objects. Next time I will take this much higher than this review! Thanks!

Denise Cox, I understand and share your sentiments. Notice who are having the best experience. They are not black like us. The temperature there is cold and calculating. Pharmacists Torent and Auriobindo filled my prescriptions that day. The person that intentional blurted out my PHI (personal health information) was a white blonde woman in her 50"s. Stood near the pharmacist station, while I was standing near the pharmacist's tech area and blurted out my personal information in front of about 5 white customers and 4 others pharmacists and the tech person. She named my illness and she called out the name of my medicine The doctor had not explained to me all that details. She sent me into shock. She made me question everything the doctor had said to me. I thought I had something that could possibly kill me. The pharmacist did not try to explain anything she blurted out. She took joy in knowing that I was very disturbed I could see on that monster face.I was called in another prescription by my doctor. I CVS didn't take my insurance. Publix and CVS are the only two pharmacies near where I live. I had them to send it back to Publix. I went there, but I couldn't take them. I found a Walgreen. I had taken a picture of the prescription. They filled it for me. Black people need to spend their money with people who treat them well and appreciate them. I wrote a letter to the store manager and to corporate. What a was of my efforts. White protection permeates throughout. Violating a black person rights is nothing to them. We black people need to make other choices. I was so upset I could have killed myself on the way home. I was shut completely down for some days. smh

Today the older guy with white hair was very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and unapologetic. Customer service should always come first instead of ignorance.
