“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was greeted as I walked into the store with a smile and a hello. Once I reached the pharmacy Karla stopped what she was doing behind the counter and asked how she can help me. I was flustered from a prior visit with another CVS store. I tried to explain what I needed to Karla. She asked me a few questions and she was able to translate what I was trying to do. With a few taps on the system computer Karla stated "your order has been entered and you will receive a text once it has been filled". I relaxed and thanked Karla the best way I could without crying and hugging her. Well true to Karla's word, I received a text 2 hours later and I was able to pick the prescription up the same day. Thank you very much Karla for your kindness and knowledge of people. Happy New Year!”
