I stopped by this location(Tyrone)on today Sunday 3/5/23 at 6:48pm and the open light was on but the door was locked. Granted I'm an Independent Contractor and work everyday, I thought I would catch them open with online saying they close at 7pm. It would be greatly appreciated if you wouldn't lock your doors 12 mins early before said closing! I'm already working before you're open and can't seem to catch your store open when I end my day of work!

I replaced the engine in a 2004 ranger and instantly had a check engine light related to engine timing and an oil leak. Apparently the timing chain tensioner and guides were bad on the new engine and rear main seal leaking oil onto exhaust. I love when I have to fix something after I've fixed it. Now I get to remove the transmission, after I just replaced the engine, to replace the brand new, less than 2k mile rear main seal. They're apparently using the cheapest POS parts they can install in their remanufactured engines. After spending nearly $4k I'm one very unhappy camper!!!

I bought a pair of Silverstar head light bulbs from the Kennesaw store. I was instructed wrong on my purchase. I went to the Tyrone location because its 7 miles from my house. They refused to help me exchange/return the item when it was opened. I bought it and looked at the bulbs. They were never installed. I was instructed to go back to the Kennesaw store because their computers weren't connected to theirs. I was told that store was the only one that could help me. What great customer service. The atmosphere and attitude was aweful. He wouldn't help me find what I needed to correct the issue (purchase a new item regardless of situation). I bought the bulbs 37 miles away coming back from a trip. I won't ever step foot in another one of these stores again. I know it sounds extreme, but look at their policies and help. Instead of helping me, being treated with respect, I was treated like dirt. No smile, no welcome in, just a "yeah what do you want" attitude. No thanks.

I bought a starter at the O 'Reilly Auto Parts in Union City. It didnt fit properly so i attempted to return it. Their computer was down so i came to this store. I tried to explain the situation to Evan. He wouldn't listen and was condescending. I wish I could give him a lower score than one star. After he would not accept my return, I went to another location and received excellent customer service.

Above and beyond service. I was greeted as soon as I entered. 3 staff members helped me and assisted other customers. And I had no idea how to get the windshield wipers on.. I'm a lil stubborn so I would have struggled before asking for help but Ms. Marcy literally came outside after watching my attempt and put them on for me. Yall are amazing haven't had good customers service in a min.

Super clean and well stocked... I just needed MERCON ATF for my power steering - had to be the old stuff and they had it in the O'Reilly brand, even as a "high mileage" ATF. Thanks!

I usually always receive exceptional customer service from this store. Everyone is usually very helpful. I work two minutes from this store, so I always come here for auto care needs for the last 10 years. But today, I went in to buy front and back brake pads and a headlight for my jeep and Brandon (the assistant manager) did everything but try and help me. I showed him a picture of which light I needed and everything and his response was, "I'm not sure what light that is, I guess its a fog light." He told me the only way he can sell me the brake pads is if I got someone to take the brakes off to see the code. I said, okay. I said, "Can you help me find the light?" His response was, "I can sell it to you." Of course, he can sell it to me, that's why I came in the store. But even though he was uncertain about both parts, he never asked anyone to help him figure out what I needed. He literally just let over $100 in parts walk out the door. I called the store back to speak to a manager and he said he was. I told him that the customer service he gave was very poor. I also told him that my brother called Autozone and they pulled the parts right up. He put me on a quick hold and said, "Here's the 800# number you can call for the complaint." He still wasn't willing to rectify the situation. I called the 800# and spoke with customer service and they were so helpful. They told me he could've looked up the VIN# and pulled the part and there was no reason he should've told me to take my whole wheel apart first. He assured me that they would handle the situation.
