Considering the technicians were not there to install on a Saturday, and we wanted to enjoy the new ride over the weekend, they picked up the cart the following week, had it installed and delivered back to our home. “This is the 2nd time I am using a Caliber Collision to complete body work on one of my vehicles so needless to say I’m more than satisfied with the quality of their work and customer service!!
I recently required a repair of my vehicle to the rear passenger door. From the moment I arrived to the shop, Michelle level set expectations about the shops process, estimated timelines, and how often I could expect to hear updates around my repairs. I was notified up to the minute through each step of repair. I even received my vehicle back sooner than expected! Even better they detailed and cleaned my vehicle upon delivery, a service I’ve never received from any other repair shop!! This exceeded my expectations. The repair came out perfect, as if no damage was even done in the first place; the color matching was immaculate!!! I was also able to leave my rental at the shop and they turned it in for me to the rental company. Overall they get a 10 out of 10 for customer service, communication, and convenience. This type of service is like a unicorn in a society where we are always on the go in our busy lives! I didn’t miss a beat at work having to take time off to deal with trying to arrange time to schedule around getting my vehicle. Thanks Caliber Collision Union City Team!!! She kept me up to speed on the repair process and made sure I was satisfied. “I take my vehicles to Fritz for window tint and I send any customer that asks for window tint as well. The work is completed on time, clean, and the results are always perfect. This year alone he has done my 24' F450 that had 200 miles on it when I dropped it off as well as my 13' BMW M5. In the past they have done my Mercedes Gl350 and BMW 135i. We are loyal customers because of the great experience we always have when we visit heritage vw in Union City. Clean building, good service department, they always fix our vehicles. One thing it can be better could be an easier way to get an appointment for service because sometimes they don’t answer the phone. We were able to get a temporary car while they were fixing ours and that was great because we were able to have transportation.”
