“Everytime I go to vw I always have a very friendly experience, the staff is great specially Milton, we always go back to him when we need a vehicle. We are loyal customers because of the great experience we always have when we visit heritage vw in Union City. Clean building, good service department, they always fix our vehicles. One thing it can be better could be an easier way to get an appointment for service because sometimes they don’t answer the phone. We were able to get a temporary car while they were fixing ours and that was great because we were able to have transportation.”

When it was time to pickup the car, everything was ready and it had a big red bow. The tech guy went over all the cool features of the car and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.
