Tybee Market IGA is the only grocery store on the island. It is a small grocery with everything one may need, though the selection is not huge and choices can be limited due to its size. It is well stocked and carries a decent amount of brands, sometimes with name brands on sale cheaper than bigger chains. Prices are described as a tad pricey and fairly expensive compared to off the island, so you pay for the convenience. The staff and employees are all very friendly. It is a great place to shop for something quick, for groceries needs, and is definitely the place to go for seafood on the island. The store also features a deli with Boars Head, specific bread and produce brands, a little free library outside, and a 24 hour bait box vending machine.
Seems like your only option for groceries on Tybee Island and it gets the job done. The store is a little older but clean. They had plenty of options for food and some household goods. Prices were a little high compared to home (expected) but not atrocious or anything.
