“I have been a customer with First Chatham bank for over 10 years and I can't say enough good things about the Wilmington Island branch. The tellers are wonderful and even take time to recognize you, acknowledge you and even get to know your kids' and pets' names (there's only been one who isn't my favorite, but the rest are amazing). I rarely have a huge balance in my account but they never make me feel like my money doesn't matter. Keep doing what you're doing at that branch! (sadly, I have had a few horrible experiences at the Hodgson Memorial branch, but I've also had some great experiences at the downtown branch, so, I guess we can call it balance. I'll just go out of my way to go to the downtown branch if I'm in that neck of the woods and need to do some banking).”
“Helpful and friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Clean and open space. The line gets long from time to time but overall still quick service. Free lollipops is always a plus. This location is dog friendly (service AND non) and they have dog biscuits for them too.”
