Don't go here if you drive a car. The parking blocks are extremely high and grabbed my bumper and destroyed it. My trip for a few things will now cost me over $500.

Just had the worst customer service experience at the Chu’s on North Beach. I came in 2/28 around 2pm and purchased a pack of Seltzers and noticed when I got to the beach that they were 2 years expired. I came back to Chu’s to exchange them and a sweet young lady said I could exchange them for a similar price pack.I come back to the register with the pack and now a new cashier, Tammy, comes and says she needs to call the manager because she does not have the authority to exchange the pack. I was then told that the manager wouldn’t be able to answer for an hour due to a meeting and to come back then. I left empty handed without even the expired the pack and $17 down the drain. Very disappointed and horrible customer service.

Went in to grab a cup of coffee this morning. The lady behind the counter was so RUDE and disrespectful. When I was looking for the creamer, instead of helping me she asked if I knew where my left was! “It’s to your left, do you know where your left is” Im not used to the fancy cream and sugar dispensers. I was looking to my left where I saw the sugar packets. I did not ask for her help but I guess she decided to make me feel like I was stupid first thing this morning. Definitely not a people person! Customer service is not her cup of tea, put her on night shift. Customers don’t deserve to deal with her at all!

Chu's is the first place and last place I stop at every time I visit! The owner and employees are very friendly! Plus the coffee is very good and always fresh! Each time I vacation I get my big cups of the soft ice "yummy" every single day! Love Chu's ?❤️

I’ve been staying here on vacation for a week and every single time I’ve come to this store the staff is plain rude. It doesn’t matter time of day or day of the week the staff is very unfriendly.

Always have fresh coffee ready (even late at night just before closing...lol) , and a large is only $1. Super nice and friendly folks work here!

Absolutely terrible. They overcharged me for cigarettes and insulted my mother immediately when I arrived. Smells like manure and the people that work there smell just as bad. If you can, avoid this dump please.

Another quality convenience store operated by Chu's which means friendly staff, great deli sandwiches and yes fresh boiled peanuts...great store chain...love Chu's
