“Just got home after picking up my 2025 Honda CRV.
We live 1.5 hours away, & Went by Saturday 9/14 & met Tim Partida & he was GREAT! very laid back & super nice. Answered all of my questions & wasn’t pushy at all. Fell in love with this CRV but had to wait until Monday 9/16 to pick it up cause they had just got it off the truck Saturday!
Tim was absolutely great & couldn’t recommend him enough! We will be back to see Tim in a few months when my parents are ready to buy a Honda Pilot.
I’m so glad we stopped here. Out of the other dealerships we went to, you can’t beat their customer service!

“I was driving through from out of town when a hose blew on my work van. This work van has proprietary parts and NONE were in the state when this happened. Carrillo stopped what he was doing and literally left his shop, bought some parts, and created a hose that got me where I was going. I was back on the road with time to still get some work done at my job for a very reasonable price.It's a rare thing to find a mechanic that can "make it work" with zero notice because you simply have to have it then. And on top of that he didn't take advantage of my need and charge me more than was fair.This one is a keeper. Use him.”

“I've brought the same car twice for two different wrecks. I could never tell that it's been wrecked twice. Both times the work was completed earlier than estimated, and both times I only paid what I was originally quoted. They do only see you by appointment, so call before bringing your car up. “I’ve been to this shop a few times and have always been pleased with the service and the experience.
Recently, I brought my truck up there to have them look at the suspension because it was making some awful sounds.
They took it for a test drive and heard it too. They got under it and found the problem pretty quick. There was just something loose that needed to be tightened. They charged my like $20 and sent me on my way.
I’m admittedly not much of an auto guy when it comes to repairs. They could have easily made up some bs and charged me an arm and a leg and there’s a good chance I would have paid it. But they didn’t. They did me right. And I’ll definitely be back (hopefully not too soon though!)”
“Resolved a significant valve train noise on my RS3 two other shops failed to diagnose & resolve. Sure glad I didn’t let it go any longer. Chris, the audi tech, did an excellent job and Paul managed my patience and expectations with frustrations with time to get parts. Supply chain issues with German auto parts makes running a business like this a real challenge. Very satisfied customer.Update:Took my car in for another visit to diagnose a suspension noise. Once again, accurate and quick diagnosis, loose strut bolt another shop installed at incorrect torque.”

“Working out of town, all the way from NW Ohio. Noticed at my job site I had a back tire low. Got done with the job and needed some air in my LR tire. Stopped by Mavis since it was right next to my hotel. Walked in and was greeted by Diamond, very professional and extremely hospitable young woman, behind the counter. Went to get some air in my tire, and found out the valve steam was bad. Diamond and her crew didn't blink an eye on helping me get back on the road so I can get to Statesboro to my next job. I would 100% recommend going in and talking to Diamond in getting all your car's needs and getting that true southern charm that is lacking in the Midwest where I am from!”
