Craig sold me a lawn mower that worked 30 minutes. the deck belt fell off and had the replace that. During the next lap, it started smoking and turned off. The lawn mower runs for 5 minutes at a time. When I reached out to him he told me this was his "helpers" lawn mower and he had moved to Puerto Rico. I guess he forgot I had his "helpers" number, so I gave him a call. Turns out he hadn't gone to Puerto Rico, and this was Craig's mower and he was aware it wasn't in working condition when he sold it to us. Do not trust this man with any products or services.

Great service. They came to our house within 30 minutes and got our dryer fixed. They only charged me for the $45 service call and no labor or anything because it turned out to be something simple that I never would have found. Glad I called them instead of trying to do this myself. They knew what they were doing. Highly recommended.

I live in Chattanooga, not only did the team deliver and install my washer and dryer with a warranty, they also made sure to have the extra long cord I required for my dryer. Great customer service. I highly recommend ! Thank you guys. Awesome job.
