If you're looking for a mega carrier that still has small town vibes this is definitely your new home away from home! Pet friendly and safety oriented. These dispatchers become your family after a while. They listen to concerns and love to see a driver succeed ? hands down best mega carrier out here!

Company store, NO Cash just plastic and plans, Clean Yard, Showers Fuel, Crappy Vacuums at pumps. Showers , vending Food, weight room with treadmills, and cute planners and a grumpy guard. All in all a good place to stop.

This company is trash guys, don’t waste your time! Horrible experience! I’ve been trucking OTR for 8 years now. They put you on a nasty bus up to orientation, stick you in a garbage hotel, and treat you like another number. All staff for orientation had only been working there for 3 months. Lol. That should tell you everything. They are FORCED dispatch! Only getting 2000 miles a week and continuously say be patient with dispatch. Hair and urine test, and will disqualify and send you home for any misdemeanor or driving accident on your record! This company is bad news guys. There are so many more that are 1000 times better. Take it from someone who has went through the bad things with this company. They are terrible!

I work for US Express and it's unbelievable The number of terminals I can go to and get some rest, take a shower, wash my clothes. This was the Tunnel Hil, GAl location my home terminal and it was my first time visiting. I met my fleet manager, purchase items from the company store and had a great tour around the building.When I first arrived I was surprised that I had to go through the truck inspection. But I'm lucky I did because they found an issue with the loaded trailer that I had repaired the issue and I will still able to make my delivery on time in the Metro Atlanta area.USXpress takes really good care of their trucks. If you have a problem with them they don't give you items to take care of the problem yourself you can find a terminal almost anywhere and they will fix the problem for you right away.

Not sure why they keep deleting my review. Work here as a team. They will keep assign you to expedite load like fedex or expeditor even you not sign up with that. Pay is not cpm ofc it’s per zipcode. They lie about the bonus so make sure you get a copy or prove of everything when sign the paperwork. They put team in truck with no cpu the reason is “TEAM DOESNT NEED CPU BECAUSE TRUCK WILL KEEP RUNNING” well yeah but what happens if we stuck for whatever reason ? truck will idling in 135 second or something like that . These dispatcher have zero experience to be otr. They doesn’t know nothing other than telling you this and that and sit in front of their computer at home or office .They think we drive a truck with wings and we can fly . Most of terminal is good but the management is TRASH ?️ and STOP DELETING MY REVIEW !!!!

Went to orientation here it's very laid back expect to fill out ALOT of information on your phone while you are here. I had to redo my entire application while in orientation and resubmit documents multiple times (as did everyone else) the repetition was a little frustrating as I had already filled out and submitted everything before leaving home. People are friendly. They feed you well get the ham sandwich the Burger was good as well

Couldn't begin to explain how pathetically I have been paid since starting here with Variant and then transferring to the US Xpress Dedicated account without the sign on bonus. $400 to $600 less every week and now I unload my own trailer.

I loved when I would be on the road with my mom it was fun, we saw alot of new places and the terminals are awesome I wish my mom would go back it's really fun.

The Family Dollars Account, Don’t Do It! The freight is not loaded into roller bins like Dollar General. Family Dollars freight is stacked from the floor to the trailer ceiling. From the warehouse due to the way it is stacked, there’s always smushed and damaged freight.Then, I transferred from the Family Dollars Account to OTR. My first load was 40,000 LBS on the Drives. I drove across the unofficial scale at the terminal, and slide my tandems forward. That could not correct the problem. Therefore, the company received a citation for $659. They can appeal the ticket for $200.Just An F. Y. I. Go to a CAT SCALE If you Transport for U. S. Xpress / Variant Trucking Companies. And Most Importantly, If You Receive a Load at Pharma Tech Industries, Royston, GA, ASK TO SEE THE ASSOCIATE LOAD YOUR TRAILER. DO NOT ALLOW THE LOADING ASSOCIATE TO LOAD ALL YOUR FREIGHT ON THE NOSE OR DRIVE OF THE TRAILER.
