5 STARS- i recently moved from Canton to RInggold. I needed carpet for a home I was remodeling and had seen the Hank’s Carpet sign from 1-75. I received great customer service from the time I walked in the store to the time the installers left my house. Thanks for making this process so easy!!! Highly recommend:)

Highly recommend Hank’s Carpet! From the moment I called needing a quick carpet removal and new install in an office, Stanley was fabulous and helpful! Don came by and measured with a phone call he was on his way and Brent and his install team got the job done on time even with some unexpected delays that got in their way. Everyone was super friendly and most importantly honest and their prices are just as amazing! Definitely deserve 10 stars.

Every time we’ve ever gone to Hank’s they are super helpful! We recently purchased a runner rug for our kitchen through Lola Pate, which is part of Hank’s. Payton was great! I ended up special ordering one since I needed a specific size. She took the time to listen and offer advice as to what we could do. Not every manufacturer offers different size runners. The whole process was amazing!!! Service like no other. We love the quality and beauty of our new rug!!! Will always go back to see Payton/Hank’s for future flooring and rugs.

Quality products at low prices. Have purchased carpet and LVP from them and have been very pleased. The staff is very kind and helpful. Great local Mom n Pop flooring store to get what you are looking for at low prices. Highly recommend.

Dan was great to work with at Hanks and was very helpful with picking out affordable flooring for our estate remodel project. However, the contractor sent out (Giovanni) was the opposite. He did not meet his deadlines, was dishonest and left extra work for us to complete. We also had to scrub scuffs off of freshly painted walls in eveey room and scrap floor glue off of the newly installed vinyl floors...it was tracked throughout the house during the install. I would recommend requesting not to have him sent out.

Love Hanks! He is so nice and went out of his way to help me when a room in my house needed new carpet and I wasn't able to drive to pick out my carpet. He was able to arrange for me to view samples from my home. Amazing place and toom looks wonderful.Thank you!!

This place is awesome! We worked with Dan to get our flooring. He has so wonderful to work with and the price for the floors we got were awesome. He made sure we got a good deal, and got our floors in on time. We did a second order with him yesterday and the floors were installed the next day! The guys that came to the house to install both times have been super professional and nice. We can’t be happier with our floors, they look so so good! Thanks Dan, you’re the best!!

I needed an area rug for our bedroom. I had looked at several of the places in Dalton and couldn't find one to my liking. We looked at several rugs at Hank's. Payton was a big help and we found one that worked perfectly at a reasonable price. In less than 30 minutes we had our rug and pad loaded and were on our way home.

I am very surprised these people are even in business. You can't blow off customers and expect to have people beg to be noticed and given attention to pay you money.Inexcusable poor and unprofessional service and sales.Unimpressive and not up to date products. just plain poor management....And what the hell do the heads of dead animals on the TV commercials have to do with sales and service? I'd buy out of the back.of a truck before going to these people ever again. Get a clue
