Ordered Sofa Towers for ten stores, everything from payment, shipping, customer service went smoothly. Crystal assisted with my order from day one and she was absolutely amazing. Her customer service skills are second to none and I will request to work with her for any future orders we place with Displays of Dalton. If I had to ask for one thing to improve, it would be the instructions that are shipped with the units. The Sofa Towers seem extremely self-explanatory yet, I had multiple display teams from a few of our locations that ended up having questions or asking for more detailed instructions. Other than that, 10 out of 10. Would recommend for your display needs. Thanks again Crystal! Keep up the superb work, it does NOT go unnoticed.

Purchased many racks and related rug displays. Always happy with the service. Quality is second to none. Assembly is always pretty straight forward and NEVER missing any parts or have holes mis drilled which has been an issue on the few times I tried other fabricators. Any questions during set up and Vince is more than happy & friendly while talking you through it.

This is a great company. We purchase all of our rack needs from them. I have worked with them for over 10 years. They are extremely friendly, always respond to emails or calls and do a great job on the racks. Would recommend to anyone!!

We are from Canada We placed order for our two new location in November 2021We received our order wrong size in july 2022.We lost $49.000 usd.We did pay for empty stores for 5 months because this world worst racking company did not send our racking at the time expected!Not friendly, wery unprofessional! Shame on you display of Dalton.Thanks God we do not need to call you anymore!!!!!!
