Got the Cobb salad at another location yesterday. It was perfect and delicious. Came to this location today and got screwed. Half the stuff I was supposed to get on my salad wasn't on it. No bacon, no cucumbers, no crispy onions, an egg was missing. (See photo) ELEVEN DOLLARS, and they couldn't bother to make it properly. Didn't realize until I got all the way home and it was too close to closing to go back. I'm FURIOUS. This location SUCKS! Go to Chamblee Tucker instead.

Extremely rude staff! Plus my order placed online was incorrect!! Had to go in for missing items and got so frustrated just left with one item I paid for not received. Just extremely unpleasant staff!

I work in the area and decided on Zaxby’s for lunch. Arrived after placing mobile order at around 1:15. They were buried! Looked like they had multiple large large orders that had been placed and they were trying to get those situated while also serving regular orders. There was a stand out today. She said she was the GM - Mary. She said she had just come in to help unload truck and ended steeping in and getting the crew back on track and getting the orders taken care of. Who ever owns/operates this location you have a golden star! Mary was making it happen and checked on dining guest to make sure everything was good. Even if orders took a little longer than normal it was obvious they were struggling with the large orders placed simultaneously. Hats of to Mary for getting the team through the rush and being a wonderful person with good attitude. Makes a world of difference these days.

Clearly this location, doesn’t know how to cancel mobile app online orders. I called to cancel an order, was told my order was cancelled by a male and dasher still picked up order and confirmed the order like it was delivered. I immediately called DoorDash!!! And the refund was issued. However, I need for this location to be properly trained on OLO!!! #FORMERZAXBYSGM

Salads are extremely overpriced.The chicken portion is ridiculously subpar for $12.Yesterday I purchased the salad with the egg roll and the only special part of my salad was the salad dress.The salad was boring with no toppings, the chicken portion wasn't a normal size and the egg roll was still cold on the inside. I also ordered two extra egg rolls and they were cold as well...My entire meal cost $14÷ and for what I received, that'll be the LAST time for me especially at this location.

I sat in line for 20 mins placed my order at the intercom i had forgot to order the cheese bits got to the window in 5 secs or less and told the young girl i need to order the cheese bits I forgot to and she said she cant add nothing at the window the manager doesnt like it cause its cooked to order i said im a manager 5 years at McDonald’s and have never refused to let someone order at the window or change there order at the window and me and the young girl went back and forth i just told her can i talk to the manager manager walks over and i can hear whats shes saying no no we cant add at the window before walking up to the window with it open she gets to the window and says we dont add at the window but ill do it this time im helping you out. In a rude wayyy. Like they honestly expect people to go back around and wait in line for another 20 mine when it takes 3 mins for cheese bits to be made and literally took me 5 secs to get to the window from the intercom like thats very unprofessional and yall need to talk to your manager telling people they cant add at the window like where are they going ? Why cant they add at the window cause it takes 3 mins to cook some cheese bits honestly got me really upset im pregnant i forget things shouldnt be rude that i forgot something. This happen today i got in lije at 2:10pm and didnt get my order untill 2:45
