I attempted to come in right before they closed to cash a check. I tried to open the door at 4:59. The Wells Fargo employee locked the door before the time they closed, waited until the clock struck 5, and said “it’s too late”. A lot of people work from 9-5. The bank should allow people to come in even if it’s 4:59.

I’ve been a WF customer for 16 years. Went to this location to deposit a check from my stepfather in Canada who’d gotten a USD account in Canada specifically to send me Christmas and birthday gifts.
After a long wait and the teller calling in a manager, they told me “I’m sorry sir. There’s nothing we can do for you”.
I drove to the Rockbridge Rd location where they deposited my check immediately and without issue.
I will not visit this branch again even though it’s the closest one to my house.

Always one banker and the wait time is exactly like the other one star reviews says. Why? Why? Why? And might I add the customer service really really is bizarre 😔.... And every Manager could care less about the customer wait time or even giving a nice greeting would be nice. Thank You and hopefully these issues are resolved.

Takes a lot for me to put a review on anyplace but by far the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Came for a cashiers check and of course they would print the cashiers check wrong. Drove an hour away and had to come back to fix it and they made me wait 3 hours for them to fix it even waited after hours. Bad customer service as well! Please stay away from this horrible bank. Don’t waste your time

Worse bank ever. No customer service. Either lobby service open or drive through. Being a business customer what i can say. Waiting for hr to deposit is their specialty. Ya no more. Am taking my business to someplace else. -100 star for this branch.

Extremely bad experience with this bank
Sometime ATM not working, and sometimes have to wait longer in queue. Slow and sluggish staffs.

I went to Wells Fargo walk-in for two days in different weeks to open an account for my husband the first day I went around 3:45 pm they said we came late and it was time to close I said okay on other weeks I went to after work 3:20 pm the saim person he said me the same thing I keep asking to help me if he can he said he can't because we were late I was so mad because I am going to open an account and I did not see a lot of people, their customer service was not good I talked to the front I saw only one customer I know I do not have an appointment but I asked them if they could help me as much they can I never had a problem when I went to a different bank??????

Hands down the worst location in GA. The drive through is NEVER open. There's always only one teller and the line is always long. Be prepared to wait at least 20min. Bonus half the time the ATM is down too.

Bank was only doing drive-thru service, and I didn't drive. Couldn't walk through the drive-thru or do a transaction inside. Literally requiring you to have a car to do business with them.

I would give 0 stars, but the 1 star goes to the best employee of this bank: the ATM. Customer service here seriously lacks.
I ended up closing my account after an encounter with a parking lot attendant, Carlos in February. He harassed me for being at the bank 20 minutes before it was open. The entire interaction was completely disrespectful and not acceptable between an employee and customer.
Today, I went to this location to close my accounts. The person at the counter assisted with zeroing out my accounts and then referred me to the phone number on the back of my debit card to close the accounts. It does not make sense to me that a bank teller could not or would not assist with closing an account.
I'm happy to have no further business with this bank or location.

Over the past 10 years, I've used this branch for personal and business checking. The service is always prompt, and wait times are reasonable even during peak hours.
Nice branch to do business at, even if it isn't your "home" location.

Do not waste your time going there. The doors was locked and they’re only seeing wells Fargo customers. It’s always something at this location! So sad how they do banks in predominantly black areas
