I attempted to come in right before they closed to cash a check. I tried to open the door at 4:59. The Wells Fargo employee locked the door before the time they closed, waited until the clock struck 5, and said “it’s too late”. A lot of people work from 9-5. The bank should allow people to come in even if it’s 4:59.

Always one banker and the wait time is exactly like the other one star reviews says. Why? Why? Why? And might I add the customer service really really is bizarre 😔.... Worse bank ever. No customer service. Either lobby service open or drive through. Being a business customer what i can say. Waiting for hr to deposit is their specialty. Ya no more. Am taking my business to someplace else. -100 star for this branch.
