Don’t go here if you want anything done the bankers and the tellers will do anything they can so they don’t have to do there job..would say go to the jimmy carter one of you wanna get things done but you should come here in flocks and put these horrible bankers to work empty bank and it will take you 30 mins to get seen

Zero customer service at this branch. We have a business account here and therefore have to bring deposits daily and get change often. The woman at the drive through did not say hello, or good morning, thank you or goodbye. In fact she said nothing and looked actively angry that I had even pulled up. If this was the first time this had happened, I would let it go. But, this has become par for the course. Unpleasant experience.

We had a great experience with Brandy Beauplan! I tried to book an online appt for notary services, but when we arrived the appt didn't show as having been booked. Brandy helped us anyway and stayed later than she was scheduled to ensure all of our documents were properly notarized. Thanks for the great service, Brandy!

Bank isn’t operating good hands employee walk around no one take care about it.even if you have an appointment they wants you to set longer time no one approach or ask about appointment even they see you sitting on next to business service area very disappointing…Even I see in the consultant office guy sitting but no response from him need to notice about it ….

I went in stressed and questioning why my account was closed and Ms. Nicola K not only helped me with my account was closed, resolved the issue but provided insight that helped my business. Beautiful and business top tier! My best experience thus far and the amazing rest of the staff was helpful as well! They all helped me and made my day! This is what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went here with my toddler screaming in the back trying to deposit some money in the atm after work. The atm took my card without ever returning it. ATM then said it wasn’t working and out of order. Do better!

I went to this location to add my wife in to my account on 12/12/22 early on the morning on Monday the tall black lady in front desk greeting as well she told as to sit and she went inside making as to wait over 20 minutes only to tell me and my wife sorry there is no banking service today either you have to make appointment or go to the other location l control my self leaving with out saying anything l wish if l have a manager number just to ask why l refuse to get service.

Always get great service! Although you have to wait sometimes, because staff is limited at most businesses these days. The staff is attentive and kind. It’s a please to do my banking at this location.

I called this branch location literally more than 10 times to speak to someone regarding their requirements for a certain service at this particular location but they never answered the phone. After the phone rings so many times the call is transferred to a Wells Fargo customer service line. I attempted to ask them my questions but they advised I would need to speak directly to the branch to know the answer to those specific questions because there may be different requirements at this branch. I told one person that they never answer the phone and his response was that they may be busy and to try again. Which is what I didn't multiple times. Still no response from them ever. I eventually just made an appointment to speak to someone in person but didn't want to travel 7 hours to the branch in another state without making sure that I had the necessary documentation. Once I got my confirmation email for my appointment there was an individual that was cc'd on the email so I responded back to him with my questions. No response from him so I emailed Wells Fargo online support email and finally got a response from someone that forwarded my email to an individual that was able to answer my question. The personal banker who I had an appointment with finally responded to me days later. When I called him back at his direct number to get answers to my questions he didn't answer his phone and his voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message. A couple of days before my appointment we began playing phone tag and I finally spoke to him.When I responded to the branch there were no people in the personal banking offices and only a few tellers working behind the counter. The employee I had an appointment with was working as a teller when I arrived and left that area for our appointment. He also left me to check on the tellers during our appointment while he was on hold to get aporvals. In the end the issue was taken care of and I am glad that I never have to deal with this branch location again.

I received Excellent customer service ? from Victor M. The best customer service experience ever from a Wells Fargo. He was polite, attentive and knowledgeable. He got the job done for my Father's Estates, when no other bank branch could. He needs to be recognized.
