The tellers are slow, rude and do not listen. Any time I come to this location the deposit count is always off. Only this location. They are quick to say what change they do not have even though the next teller has it.
How hard is it to find people who are nice.

I was waiting for over an hour and instead of helping me, they moved on to the next person. The teller was just walking around and trying to leave early. This is unacceptable. There’s people who have things to do and this is a simple job. I would never be banking again and thank GOD I closed my account. Everyone should no go to this place it’s so unprofessional. Nobody wants to work. THE LINE is getting bigger and nobody wants to work here

The teller was rude and dismissive. I sat and waited for assistance only to be directed away. I advise to visit another branch. As a note if you choose Customer service as your career, at least be good at it

Horrible branch. First of all, they are ridiculously slow. One teller and ten people in line. Everybody works drive thru and pretends like people waiting in person don't exist. The branch manager, Gabriella, is the worst. Bad attitude, slow and rude. Wells fargo really has gone down in terms of customer service. So unfortunate.

I came to the bank twice with appointments scheduled. Both times I was received on time with no wait. Employees are very nice and friendly.

After no resolution via on line services it took me 40 minutes waiting at this particular branch with no greeting, service or explanation. The only banker available did not approach at any time and after I I decided to asked for help, I was told that there was one appointment next and no idea when anyone would be available help so I walked out with no help. I did not see any management inside to help either. No concern about the Customers.

DO NOT MAKE DEPOSITS AT THIS LOCATIONS ATM, IVE HAVE HAD TOO MANY ISSUES WITH THE ATM NOT ACCEPTING DEPOSITS/LOSING MY MONEY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE # WAS NO HELP!

If I could give a zero star, I would. I drove to the drive-thru. I went to withdraw only a thousand dollars. after I got my cash, I ask if I could have all the big bill. He refused and he said that all he had. You got to be kidding me. after I had two of my business deposit so much money every single day. and now you said to me the whole bank only have one thousand dollar in the bank.... thinkkkkkkkkkkkk....
and why I have to bother when wells fargo call and want me to do the credit merchant.... come on... what logic you have to do this kind of service......

Don’t go here if you want anything done the bankers and the tellers will do anything they can so they don’t have to do there job..would say go to the jimmy carter one of you wanna get things done but you should come here in flocks and put these horrible bankers to work empty bank and it will take you 30 mins to get seen
