We had a great experience with Brandy Beauplan! I tried to book an online appt for notary services, but when we arrived the appt didn't show as having been booked. Brandy helped us anyway and stayed later than she was scheduled to ensure all of our documents were properly notarized. Thanks for the great service, Brandy!

Long wait times to actually speak with a banker. Everyone is very friendly but the wait time was unreasonable.

The guy who always helps me at the counter when I makes deposits is super helpful and efficient. However, I lost my debit card and needed to speak with a personal banker on getting a temporary... Andres was extremely friendly and chatty but took WAY too long to link my accounts to my new temporary card.
