Stopped in to get 2 bottles of coolant real quick. Instead there's 300 shoppers and 4 checkout lines open. Typical inept walmart management with rude employees.

Purchased a battery on Aug 1st, was given the incorrect battery because the cashier didn’t listen when I said Honda Accord not Honda civic… never put battery in car tried to return incorrect battery and was told that Walmart dnt give refunds on batteries . There is no signage or print on the receipt, The cashier didn’t tell me the policy.. So fast forward I call customer care I was told that I couldn’t get a refund or exchange it although I was given the incorrect battery, so I’m stuck with a $200 battery because that I can’t use at all..I understand policies but again there is no signage no print on receipt and the cashiers are not trained properly..?

This has been one of the worst WalMart’s I’ve been too. Employees are unprofessional and are of no help. I sat at customer service for over 15 minutes waiting for someone while many employees just walked by not asked if they could at least try to get someone who’s supposed to be in customer service. The guy at the front door who I asked for help twice was very rude and just kept saying in a nasty tone someone will get there when they get there. I’ll never come back to this location!

I came to return a drill that I bought and realized the charger had been taken out of the box. Before even taken a look at my items or my receipt Dawn I believe her name was said " we gonna have to roll the camera footage back" I just ignored the comment but I take it as that she thought I had just stole the items. Very rude she next stated the "beatead up items she wasn't returning and then asked me why my receipt was beatead up. What is happened to customer service. So I was denied my return with a receipt and asked if I could at least get a charger for the drill I am unavailable to use she stated no and that I better be glad she was returning my unopened chisels. So disappointed and disrespectful Dawn was to me.

I had the worst customer service experience yesterday. I would never refer Walmart pickup or delivery service to anyone. I had a delivery order and the driver was to lazy to get out of the car so they sent my order back. Then I had another order that was scheduled to be picked up and I didn’t pick it up immediately . I waited a day. I pulled into the pick up area and the young lady came out with part of my order. When I told her it wasn’t my full order she proceeded to go back in the building as if she was working on my order. I then see her bring out multiple orders as she never stopped to address me. I waited for almost 30 mins before I figured I needed to call in and find out what was going on. I was able to speak to another young lady who was helpful and told me she didn’t know what happened to the rest of my items and that I should request a refund. A whole hour later I’m leaving with not even half of my order. This was a total waste of time . It could’ve been fixed if the lazy delivery would’ve got out the truck and if the associate at the pickup would’ve communicated better. A simple I’m sorry I’m not sure of how to help you but I will find someone would’ve been nice. I will never use this service again.

This is a review for the woman at the Bakery who has made both of my daughters’ birthday cakes this year- she does a beautiful job!!!! Walmart, she deserves a raise!!
