If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would! Stopped by this place with my daughter for Halloween candy and ice cream the other day. Horrible place staffed by horrible people. Rude, and belligerent staff led by an angry old black woman, and her obese sidekick. I've been in the catering industry a long time, and know better. My daughter found dead cockroaches outside the cooler section, and I noticed food stored on the floor in the freezer section - a big no, no if you know anything about proper food storage. Plus, those coolers are not operating at proper temperature, found soft ice cream, and melted ice cream Snickers bars in one of the lower freezer sections. Good people are hard to find these days, and good people are led by good Managers, clearly not the case at this store. Please don't buy anything from the cooler / freezer section if you value your health. Never going back!

The pharmacist fozi as am was rude and unprofessional should not be working in a customer service environment. I will transfer all my prescriptions so I do not have to look at him makes walgreens look bad you just lost a customer I am sure I am not the only person he has acted in this manner to

My first time at this Walgreen's, in which I was not allowed to buy a KitKat because they didn't know how to ring it up, should have taught me lesson. Had I learned it I wouldn't have gone to try and buy diaper cream only to be greetd with 1000 baby oils, but not a single tube of precious diaper cream. Alas, I still learned nothing, and attempted to get my flu shot. I scheduled ahead of time, and arrived slightly early for what I assumed would be a 10-30 minute affair. 2 hours later, and now at another pharmacy, I finally have my flu shot and have learned my lesson.

If I could rate this store a zero stars I would. The manager was so unprofessional i went to pick up my Fedex package the manager barely looked for it. I called the next day to see if my package was there after speaking to Fedex. Tell me why the package was there the whole time and they threated to ship my package back due to it being pass 5 days but i went up there wasted my time, gas, and energy just to have to rush back up there to pick up my Neiman Marcus package before they shipped it back, and mind you the manager was acting rude once he seen me with my boyfriend... how weird and unprofessional can you be. Don't order any of your packages to be delivered here. They are the worse !!

i use this location to print pictures of my grandchildren. It's always a difficult thing for me because I'm not good with computers and phones. Every time I go in there I don't get much help - but Jenn is always sweet to me, and takes the time to be nice to me when others make me feel stupid.I want to thank Jenn for being kind

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy department. I scheduled a COVID vaccine online. I received my first vaccine with no issues. Upon arrival for my second vaccine I was told the last appointment time was 5:30 pm. Mind you I made the appointment online via Walgreens website for 7 pm. When I arrived and advised that I was here for my appointment the physician was extremely rude. She advised me they had a system glitch and that they would not open a new box of vaccines for one customer. She then walked away and came back to advise she called another Walgreens and that they would be able to see me today. When I called the Walgreens to confirm, the Pharmacist advised that no one from the other stores had called. She lied to me. Not only did she turn me around she also turned around three customers who also had appointments. It is not my fault that their system glitched. When you schedule the first vaccine they also make you schedule the second dose. An appointment is just that, an appointed time to do something. The customer should not have to go through so much In order to keep a COVID vaccine appointment. I am absolutely disappointed by the customer service given by the staff. I will be reaching out to news stations in hopes that no one else has to go through this.

You guys need a better system, came by for a COVID test appointment, showed up early and still spent 45 minutes in stand still line that wrapped almost towards the front. After waiting a long time I just left, as I circled towards the back I noticed that there was still like 9 cars ahead of me. Either you guys have a poor appointment management system or simply take forever, it could be both.

The worst pharmacy EVER!!!I've been dealing with this pharmacy for a couple of years because the lady I care for has all her prescriptions sent here. They are consistently bad about answering the phone and I'm accustomed to being put on hold repeatedly for about 20 minutes before talking to someone. Last night, they topped their worst.I needed to find out when a prescription that I requested 5 days earlier would be back in stock because we're down to her last pill. I called at 8:30 PM, admittedly late, but after being put on hold over and over again without anyone even answering to tell me they had other customers or they'd be right with me, when it got to be 9PM, they apparently locked up the pharmacy and walked away without answering the phone. After ringing several times, the call was redirected to the front of the store where I was told that the Pharmacy was closed and there was nothing she could do to help me.I called Walgreens corporate, who doesn't actually have a complaint department, but I eventually got through to someone who placated me by taking my number and assuring me that a manager would be back in touch with me soon. That was 12 hours ago and still nothing.Obviously, Walgreens is not concerned about customers or their pharmaceutical needs. If this was just a regular store, I'd just go somewhere else and wouldn't worry about it. But this is a pharmacy, where people depend on them to receive life-sustaining drugs.If you are considering using this pharmacy, think twice. Walmart and Kroger both have pharmacies across the street, Publix has a pharmacy about a mile away on Hugh Howell. Any place would be better than this Walgreens.

This pharmacy is a nightmare , I am surprised they haven’t miss medicated someone to un aliveness .Every time I come here it’s always a circus . TODAY THEY MISPLACED MY PAIN MEDICATION BECAUSE THEY DIDNT REALIZE IT WAS TWO SEPARATE PRESCRIPTIONS . Funny the penicillin got filled and that was the second prescription on the printout . I am now listening to someone else have to explain their correct meds to the pharmacy tech . I have got to switch pharmacies. This is ridiculous .

So I saw that a customer had an appointment for her vaccine and the worker kept having other customers skip her who had appointments AFTER her! Thats not right. It is degrading, disgusting and disrespectful. She even told her about it & ended up being last. Treat people fairly!

We went to take pictures, the associate was really rude and gave us pushback when we sent the photos back because they were blurry. Jenn was extremely rude and disrespectful, overall giving us a really bad experience.

What is the point of curbside pickup if no ones comes out? I sat in my car for 15 minutes after texting I'm here and entering all my car info and no one ever came out. I had to go in and get it myself. Cashier was also not very friendly.

First of all it was impossible to get through to this pharmacy and I had to take my own phone and call my physician office myself and have them speak to the pharmacist. My doctors office was placed on hold for over 30 minutes , then disconnected on. When I mentioned that the hold was long , the pharmacist Dr. Fozi , left filling prescriptions to come argue with me that he didn’t leave the doctors office on hold . When I gave dr. Fozi my cell phone to speak to the doctors office , he began by telling them that he never made her wait and that her cal dropped and ot was her fault . Not hello , he knew who it was becauseShe had tried to call multiple times . So unprofessional .

Pharmacy was rude and put me on hold several times without even letting me get a word in. I called around 4pm was on hold several times for over 20 minutes. I had to hang up and call again to finally get an answer. To get them to answer my question and pick up my prescription literally took 2 minutes! They spent more time putting me on hold. So incredibly rude!
