If you are Latin and do not speak English, I do not recommend coming here. Today, August 2, 2024, we went to buy some soft drinks at the Walgreens store and the red-haired lady got very angry when she saw that we bought the drinks with a dollar bill. $100, he said he couldn't sell us because the product was very cheap and that it was only four dollars for the two drinks, I don't understand why they have racist customer service people with very bad character, also when I reloaded my debit card at the register The boy refused to serve me and rejected my ID from the United States just because I was Latino, they are "Racist"

Reading some of these other reviews has me questioning if I’m going to the same pharmacy….
Never had an issue there. Pharmacy staff have always been helpful and often go out of their way to help find discounts for expensive prescriptions.

Convenient, sure. Sometimes. Maybe. Depends on what you need.
For some minor convenience shopping, sure.
As a FedEx drop off location, they’re no longer worth the while.
I came in with two medium-size boxes, like I have done many times over the last six years. As I entered, a short female employee with long, dark hair called out that she couldn’t take the boxes because of the sign on the side of the box. I questioned it, indicated that I know of the sign in their FedEx cabinet with SPECIFIC UN-battery numbers that they could not take, and that I had dropped these off many times before, and these numbers did not match the sign in their cabinet.
She INSISTED she wasn’t going to take them and refused to double check the numbers.
Fine. Whatever. If you don’t want to do your job, just say so. No one else was at the counter needing help, and there was another employee at the counter, so it wasn’t like the counter would have been unmanned.
Or at least give better and more believable lies to turn away packages. Like “the cabinet is full” or “the FedEx scanner is broken today.”

Pharmacist was more interested in belittling me than being helpful. Will be going literally anywhere else from now on.

Rudest pharmacist I have EVER talked to. Instead of telling me they are closing she starts rolling the window down and tells me to come back tomorrow. I wont ever come here again.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!! No one here is professional NOR are they knowledgeable, kind, patient, etc!! I have traveled around and lived in 6 different places and switched pharmacies because of it. NEVER have I encountered such a ghetto, nasty staff! Especially the "head pharmacist"!!! I have never had any problems switching my medications from one place to the next! It's not rocket science! I drove forever today to get here before they closed. I was supposed to have FOUR meds ready... they had 2. Then said it was somehow on me to make sure the other pharmacy was going to send them over?!???? I ALREADY DID THIS!!! I pick up NINE meds a month!! I'm done with this review even! DOOOO NOTT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS! NOTHING HERE BUT PROBLEMS !!!!! Completely incompetent !!!!!

Should have just kept rolling but I needed to print off ONE document, so I decided to stop here as I use Walgreens all over the country for document printing! NEVER AGAIN!! I went inside to the printing desk and there were 2 young ladies in the back. One came to me with a usb cord so that I can pull the doc that way but I've never been able to do that and I told her as such. Mentioned that I usually just sign in and it was no problem. As I was signing in that young lady left as it was the end of her shift. I was grateful to her b/c she was willing to help. The problem is Darnisha! And I only know her name because is printed on my label. I stepped outside because of the ridiculously SLOW connection in there and once I came back in I told Dirty D that I was ready. She SNAILED over and started the printing process. I mentioned to her that was the 3rd place I had gone to have this document printed and I had to get going just in conversation. We even shared an understanding about the ridiculously price at UPS so I truly was NOT rushing her. We were just chatting so she knew I was in a rush.
The phone rung and she answered it. Not a problem... That is her job. The problem was she completely STOPPED working on PRINTING ONE DOCUMENT to answer some questions about some freaking printing paper for the woman on the phone. Ironic... She started speaking to the lady and when she told the lady to hold, I thought "Okay, she going to help me now". Did she? Huh, nooooo... Darnisha snails BACK to where she came from to get her scanner only to snail over to where the products that the WOMAN ON THE PHONE was asking for!! Uh, hello Dirty D you take care of the person IN FRONT OF YOU FIRST. All this girl had to do was take the paper off the printer, and hand me the label. The folder was not even necessary but she went back to the phone and started chatting away asking about Walgreens rewards cards and all. I was getting a little heated and asked if my document printed off. She move the phone to the side as if I interrupted HER and just shock her head yes. My professionalism was a nano sec from slipping when she hung that phone up. If she moved any slower to collect my paper and stupid freaking folder I could have just written the ish out using calligraphy. The icing on the cake is when instead of taking the whooping 80 cents, she told me to go to the front to WAIT in line!! Un... freaking...believable. 2 star Walgreens for a reason! Just drive past it.

This Pharmacy and its staff desperately need training on insurance coverages for prescriptions. I have frequently been told I have no coverage or that my basic medicines are not covered under my plan. This is simply untrue, but I advocate for myself and insist they look again. Eventually it gets worked out.But the last two times I’ve come through I’ve watched the staff be completely unhelpful for people who are not able to advocate for themselves. Watching people pull out their wallets on medicines they’ve not paid large prices for before—-all due to incompetence or lack of training—that has to be stopped and addressed.

I'm disappointed with the first experience with this store today. I made an appointment online to get my last vaccine done here because it is close. First, I was not told that I need a prescription online. Second, the staffs were not communicating or friendly. When I was in store, the White female staff checked me in, checked if they had the vaccine and then told me that they need a prescription from my doctor. I told her this was not my first vaccine and I was not asked for a prescription before or online. Then she handled me to another Black male staff at the window. I thought he was there to help. He checked me in again, asked me my name and yelled at me complaining that I spelled my name too quick? I was lost there because I was never treated by a healthcare provider with such an attitude and he told me again that I need a prescription. I thought he was involved to help so I told him that I could show him my medical/vaccine record on my phone but he did not reply. Then I asked him if he could do anything like calling my doctor. He was kind of rude and complained that he does not have my doctor's number. So I asked him what are my options, going home? call my doctor now? He started to be inpatient, said it's up to me and left me alone. So I took a seat and tried to pull my medical record on my phone and wanted to show him. I did not expect that he yelled that I need to get into the waiting line again. I thought this record could work so I waited in the line and talked with the female staff again and showed her my record. She did not answer but picked the phone and talked with another customer online. Then she printed a webpage saying that they could not give the vaccine to me without prescription because I'm not a high risk group. I was lost again in the wind with the piece of paper then... What was wrong with this back and forward communication? Why did the lady send me to the other colleague or check if the vaccine is available if I could not get it anyway without a prescription? They were not helping but complaining and wasting my time. So sad and unfortunate...

I must have interacted with 5 different employees during the two consecutive days that I visited this Tucker Walgreens location and everyone was really nice and helpful. I sincerely appreciate good customer service and that is what I received both days. I visited Walgreens regarding my photo order and Amaya was so helpful and accommodating. Amaya visited two stores to get the supplies for my photo order and she called me twice to follow-up on the status. It was truly a pleasure working with Amaya. Kelli was really helpful also on the night I came to pick up my order.

I did research on returning prescriptions and under circumstances they can be returned like allergies. I am allergic to Sulfa drugs and it was prescribed to me in the form of Keflex. I asked the pharmacy was it an antibiotic like Amoxicillin and I was told yes so I went ahead and purchased it. I did research and learned Sulfa was in it, and called my dentist to inform her to prescribe Amoxicillin. I did not open it or even take it out of the bag. I will never the use this pharmacy again or the store. Going to Kroger pharmacy now.

I see why this place has such a low rating. I went to fill a prescription and they lied saying they couldn't fill it because the script was from out of state and the computer wouldn't accept it.I have worked at walgreens and this is not a rule I've ever seen. I fill this type of prescription at the Walgreens down the street all the time. I would have been fine if they were just honest that the medication is on backorder like everywhere else and they want to keep their stock for local residents. I am offended that they would lie to my face like this to avoid helping someone.
