CJ was very knowledgeable and honest.. We did not aurhorize a $60 glass protection to be put on the phone but understand it's value. I had gone to a store in Charlston SC. The guy there was trying to sell me a year old Motorola phone for $900. I only buy the newest as i don't trade in very often. Also, he was trying to get us to change our plan by saying the $99 plan was why we had bad service. No one appreciates being lied to and it almost made me walk away from Verizon all together.
CJ is exactly the type of sales person you would feel comfortable with. Thank you CJ.

Came here with my wife to grab an upgrade. Cjay was awesome. Made it smooth and simple. Even had power issues with the storm, but he got the hot spot going and had us in and out.

This is NOT a Verizon Store!!! Do NOT go here!
I brought in my and my mother's phones to trade them in for new ones. The Wifi wasn't working, and CJ wanted to run my mother's credit card on his phone. Then they asked us to pay the taxes in cash. We did because the manager sent me an electronic receipt, which was my first indication that this was not an actual Verizon store.
Later that night I realized that the trade-in values had not been applied. I called Verizon, who informed me that the store we went to was a 3rd party retailer, and that they had not indicated that we traded anything in. I went back to the store the next day, and CJ claimed he had already mailed the phones off. I asked for tracking information, and the manager said he would send it.
Later that day when the tracking wasn't sent, I went back to the store! The manager came and pointed out that none of the FedEx boxes had been picked up from the previous day, so they opened the boxes, and our phones were not in there. They looked for hours, then after the manager stepped out, CJ "found" them.
I went back to Verizon with my recovered phones from this attempted theft, and now I'm going to file a police report.

Turned in my old phone to an African American male with huge dreads on March 7. HORRIFIC service. He refused to give me a receipt for proof. He said he couldn't print a receipt. I asked for a manager and he said the manager was on vacation.
The phone was never turned in by the employee so charges have been added to my bill. Two reps tried to help me today but no one answered the phone at the store. They can see that the return was done on March 7 but no phone has been turned in. Where is it? What did he do with it? I need this rectified. The rep said she emailed the manager since no one was answering the phone.
I got my new phone from Adriane C on February 21. She was amazing. She did exactly what she said she would do and I did exactly what she told me to do. The fella who received my phone needs to turn it in.
I need this rectified. I have been a loyal customer for years. This is not how you treat another human being and customer.
I need to hear from a manager.

I had bought a new cellphone and was afraid I would lose all my contacts and pics if I tried to set it up. Adrienne transferred all my data for me so I never lost anything. Fast and extremely helpful service.

Free phone bait and switch: I spent over $200 AND lost all documents, voice recordings,and none of my videos transferred. I give it two stars instead of one because the salesperson was kind and she apologized for the mistake. But I wont return because the district manager for Vitra (this isn't a corporate Verizon store) is a horrible leader. He has no empathy, no customer resolution skills, and no intellectual curiosity to reduce future errors or ensure quality control. He gaslighted me and took no accountability for his employees mistake. And they made him regional manager over three stores??? Im not the first person to say in reviews that he has poor customer service skills. Thankfully his employees don't follow his lead. This would have been 1 star. I went to the store to inquire about a promotion where I got a free phone. She told me it was $3 per month extra and I wouldn't have to pay for new cords, etc. 10 minutes later it was $175 upfront to include a new case. An hour later it was another $35 for a setup fee. I ended up needing a new charger because the old one doesn't work with the new S24 C cord. But most upsetting is I lost important files because she didn't advise me to take the phone with me and double check it before wiping out the old phone. She told me she looked at the old phone and confirmed everything was transferred and it was now in the cloud. Just give it time to load on the new phone. So she wiped out my old phone. 12 hours later the new phone received the data and I looked at smartswitch results. If this is what she read it does not say any videos transferred. I use this phone for a variety of important reasons and I didn't need a new phone. Lesson learned: free isn't free, and go to a corporate Verizon store, not a reseller. I'm sure I paid more for the "free" deal because of that alone. And if you see Ray, brace yourself if there is a conflict.

Walked in was thinking about switching from TMOBILE !! The young lady on duty customer service ( I hate I can’t remember her name) was EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL I JUST switched on over to you guys today She was very polite and multitasking but still attentive to everyone in the place AND then comes the GM with his handsome self walking in smiling and he got me to spend more money than I wanted too!!! It’s cool I will be back with my business lines in the new year …Very satisfied customer

Nightmare!! Store manager (Ray) was super rude about an issue we were having with 2 of the phones so we cancelled the account and ported our numbers out before taking all equipment back. He refused to accept the equipment because we ported the numbers before bringing phones back and said “Y’all will get charged for them, so it’s all good”. Wasn’t even 2 weeks after activation. Wish I could give 0 stars.
