I love the owner of this store and this store. She goes above and beyond to give good customer satisfaction and meet the customers needs. I honestly started believing that there are actually good people in the world again because she also was able to speak to me in a positive way when I had a lot going on and make me feel so much better with her hospitality. She not only cares about her business but the well being of her customers and I highly recommend this store. We were able to relate to each other on different situations in life and she also expressed I gave her hope.

Listen.. when I tell you the customer service here is nothing short of amazing... That is what I mean.!!! The owner, Kyra, was very personable and homey. She didnt try to sell me something that I didnt need nor want. She asked me some questions, got a feel for what I needed, and then she recommended the perfect products. She even gave me some home work and suggestions for the next time I came into the store. The layout is beautiful and as I know she has just moved and is still getting settled, she is not letting that stop her from staying the sweet and genuine person that she is. 10/10 will definitely recommend. Check her out!!!

A couple years ago I went into their old location and met Kyra. I travel to so many vape shops and Kyra’s always comes to mind. Sometimes you just want a more personal experience and to feel like a friend and not just a customer that’s swiping their card. She carries products that she can personally vouch for and that’s what I love! I’ve been so many places and purchased things to find out it’s trash. But that’s never been the case at Vape Pitstop.Keep up the good work and I may not come often but believe me when I’m in the area I make sure I stop by.

The owner is a know it all who thinks that everything that she says is fact. They're horrendously overpriced when it comes to their vape products and a(very small) selection of smoking related utensils as well as gummies and other concentrates of the delta variety. If I were you I'd stick with a shop you're already familiar with or hit up smokin hot vapes also on memorial drive and like 2 minutes away from them. Their prices are exponentially cheaper and of higher quality than anything at this store, They also have double selection of disposables ,juices etc. The customer service at the pit stop is also very lacking so don't go in there expecting to be lead in the right direction regarding a purchase all they do is up sale .

Stopped in for a quick reup on some herbal supplies but unfortunately they did not have what I needed. Staff was too layed back and almost seemed like they would rather be somewhere else. wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re into people that back lash other companies to make themselves look better.

Highly recommend this shop. Kyra is so kind and knowledgeable. She even throws customer appreciation BBQs on Mondays, even more reason to support this small business! I will definitely be back soon!
