They have lost their minds with pricing here. I used to find some deals, but those days are long gone. They have jackets listed at 40+, there are shoes with no tread they are charging way too much for. I get that Value Village is a for profit business, but it's a thrift store. Who is buying dirty stuffed animals for $6? Nobody!

I purchased a handbag. The zipper broke. I did not have the receipt. The person who sold me the handbag, told the Manager she sold it to me. The purchase was on my phone. HE offered nothing to resolve the issue. I gave them the designer bag and walked out.
