WARNING DO NOT USE TUCKER USPSWent to this location to ship package on 2/27/24. 12:08 fat lady with an attitude did her part and took my package. Instead of putting package into domestic bin like she is suppose to she just left it at her counter. We all know they are suppose to turn around and deposit each item at the end of each transaction . but she is too lazy to turn around walk 5 feet and do her job. Now it is 9 days later. Package has never left llocation .i had customer file complaint . and they said pavkage cant be found. Had to file complaint via post master general since a normal complaint cant be made due to the fact these affirmative action employees cant answer a phone. Reading reviews on here shows that these people are stealing packages instead of shipping them out . so ifiled another complaint to have a internal investigation started on this store. Good luck girls. PS get off your phone

I came to this location today 10/20.Two lady were working this morning need some more training and people skills.They were not friendly and very disrespectful. They couldn’t pay attention to customers when talking together..

I like this post office, staff are friendly.. but, they can’t pay attention to customers while on their personal phone calls..mistakes get made, like having my certified mail come back yo me, instead of where its supposed to go. I went back and I think problem is fixed, not sure because the post office attendant was on her phone .. good grief

Lady there today was super helpful. I came in with hardware to send back to an eBay seller with nothing but my shipping return label and she did everything for me. I didn't spend a penny. And she was very sweet. Thank you Ma'am!

Came in today on 6/30 and the staff was so rude!! You don't have to be that way to people at all. Either fix your attitude or find another place to work. Normally it's a lady that works on the far left and she is so sweet and nice all the time even on her bad days she is upbeat and kind! I believe she's from New Orleans. Her and an older gentleman normally works together he's retired now. Who ever was working this morning need some training and people skills.

I have NO idea why this location even has a phone number because no one ever answers calls. They claim to have delivered a package on June 28, 2023. No evidence of its arrival ... . I wish there was a '0' stars option available. #horribleservice

Postmaster Howard is unprofessional and does not have enough training to be qualified for the role. I had a problem with my damaged package, provided him with the necessary information, and assured to him that I am following what corporate emailed me to do. He refused to assist me in any way and told me “that’s what happens in operations and insurance doesn’t cover that”. It is ridiculous to pay for insurance if it doesn’t cover the damage to my package on the inside and the outside. This man is clearly not qualified for the role and shows that he is more concerned about reaching his weekly hours and clicking through PowerPoint training slides than actually reading it.

I have been doing business here for a couple of years..it was ok up to about a year ago... and 90% of the time they can't find packages, lose packages, close early, poor customer service and bad attitudes. Things changed when the staff changed. This one clerk, short reddish brown wig, that's unkept always have an attitude and doesn't know how to speak to customers. I'm here now and FedEx dropped a package two days ago, one person at counter, other person been looking for my package for over 15 minutes. The clerk tried to give me someone else packsge, maybe that what happened to mine. I came yesterday at 1645, and they were closed, but two ladies were at the counter talking. No sign stating they were closing early...so frustrating....?one hour later: they couldn't find my package. A lady name cici who said she was a supervisor was arguing with me about my package, excuse after excuse, oh the clerk isn't here, I was off...ughh.. told me to come back tomorrow. I asked for her full name, she refused to tell me..I asked for her superior she said it wasn't one, I said there someone over you, and she said they don't have a number for customers. This place has went down hill. It's ghetto with ghetto people. The clerk at counter was yelling and was so disrespectful, she looks unkept and has no professionalism at all. I will file a grievance report and write a letter to their superior s, because the people I just delt with, acted like they were hired right off the street...the supervisor CiCi didn't even bother to look...and didn't want to help...had me waiting for over 30 minutes for her to come and act clueless and lazy...this is my honest review and please don't do business there. One lady was there and said she mailed something from there over two weeks ago, and the receiver did not receive it yet, the clerk was short and rude to her as well. Fire her!!cz every time I've been there, she rude and never smiles and complains to customers she the only one working for weeks straight.ill update her name as soon as I get ..it...

I just want to thank Tony White(TY) and Knikita for the most professional and amazing customer care they gave me today. I was shipping a very large box internationally and they made sure I was taken care of even though it was past 5PM. Appreciate it very much!!

5 Star for this location all because of Jamie. She is the most efficient and fastest USPS person I’ve ever met. I’ve never rated a USPS office more than 2 stars but this one was great!

Worst Post office experience I have ever had. Mr. Howard is super rude when he does anything other than stand there and refuse to help customers.

I don't usually use this post office but I was in the area and decided to drop my packages off here. It took 3-4 days before they were scanned. Then one went for processing at a location that's not even on the route to the destination facility. I will never drop packages off at this facility again. If you have anything time sensitive, please find a different post office. You have been warned!

The facility looks little outdated, but the clerks were very friendly and courteous. Self-service kiosk is working great. The lines were a little long, but in observing the staff they gave each patron their undivided attention. Some transactions were quick and others were not, but that's the nature of the work. When my turn came I was pleasantly greeted. The drop box is picked up every day five minutes after the cut off time. I have watched them do this a few times. They alsways have the packing materials handy. I have always had a pleasant experience at this post office. They have lot of free parking space in front of the business.

To ALL Customers you know your gift wrapped presents need a BOX- Please be aware without a box your beautiful wrapping will be ripped off due to machinery. Coming in harassing the Postal Retail Advocate to do it for you is unacceptable and rude to other patrons in line.Thank you
