We took a dog there on a Sunday afternoon that we had found running down the street. They checked her for a chip and gave her a very complete exam. They helped us figure out what to do next if we couldn’t find her owner, and they are great community resource!

The vets and techs are all so patient and caring! I brought in a stray cat who'd never been to the vet before, and she freaked out on them, and they reacted so calmly and compassionately and let her "hide" for a while and take her time coming to them. Also highly knowledgeable and explained everything really well to me. And open on weekends??? Can't recommend this place highly enough. They really do treat pets like people. ❤️

I've used them a lot over the years.... I've had a lot of good experiences, but I've recently had a lot of very bad ones. I'll speak with the vet and if I have a good correspondence I'll leave a five.

I drive a hour just to have my fur baby groomed at Peoples Pets. I have been coming to Peoples Pets since my fur baby was a newborn. 10/10 RECOMMEND !

I truly appreciate this vet. Fair and transparent pricing. Very attentive and kind. This is also one of the best vets to go to if you need a more flexible schedule, they are open on weekends and even most holidays.

We go out of our way to have our pets seen at Peoples Pets because they genuinely care so much about their well-being. Highly recommended, even if you live a little ways away, you won’t find anyone more caring and sweet

We’ve been bringing our cat here for vet care for 6 years and absolutely recommend! The groomer is awesome too and love that they have boarding services as well.

Have had attentive, quality care at People's Pet for 10 years. Erin was great about scheduling me and my new furry friend, letting me know of cancelations and fitting us in, and asking lots of questions to ensure we received the right care. Dr Lavelle has always been great provider.

UPDATE: I see you mentioned the poodle that had the adverse reaction that your facility did not know of these allergies which you just lied. You all have always known my poodle had allergies. The vaccine was administered by another vet we had not seen previously, when we questioned who he was, we were told it was due to hiring constraints, he was later let go due to his lack in experience.I digress. Our poodle's allergies have ALWAYS be known. Why would someone omit this?In addition, the vet who hung up in my face is who you mentioned. That says A LOT!Again, your response is further confirmation of your facility's lack in integrity and moral values. We are so glad we moved our babies.BEWARE! These people are horrible and liars. They almost killed my toy poodle and trying to charge us! The vet literally just hung up in my face. This place is disgusting and now I see why they can't keep staff!

I took my dog here to be treated for fleas,they were extremely unprofessional,they treated him in the lobby area and did not put us in the room to get an exam nor did she receive an exam. The woman that gave her the medicine didn’t even look through her fur. And when I requested to be put in a room with the DOCTOR the woman at the front got an attitude and told me she will be with me in one moment and never came back, I had to end up paying for medicine and left with no proper examination& didn’t be seen by THE DOCTOR ,when I left I called back and requested to speak with the doctor and the woman was extremely rude telling me if I seen fleas then no exam was needed by the doctor and that she was with clients (which is not fair) ,I told her he was slamming his head on the ground as well,something else had to be wrong I ended up bringing him to a petstore clinic and they told me he had a really bad ear infection & fleas if you would’ve done the exam we wouldn’t have this problem. Also the woman (don’t know her name she’s brownskin) I saw her chasing a client outside and blurted that their card declined infront if everyone who was waiting in the parking lot. And held her shoulder and walked her back in ,why were you holding her like that? Like you were the police???also, why didn’t you clean the lobby after I left with my dog that had fleas? You instead allowed someone to walk in directly after I left. We should’ve been put in a room.
