The guy is a crook. Needed a very basic computer to view security cameras. Tested it there but made sure to ask if I could return it for a refund if needed, to which owner responded yes. Came back a couple days later because it wasn’t working correctly and he said no refunds only exchanges. Don’t waste your money here, go to Amazon and pay another $20 for a machine that actually works and peace of mind in case it doesn’t.

Guy overstated the condition of an item. If you use the adjective perfect you set a clear expectation. He failed and wasted my time driving out there.

I brought a computer from the pawn shop. Every thing was fully functional. I took it to this location. Eli the computer tech guy wipe my drivers for my wifi & volume. Then he turned back to me and said that he can installed them for $30 then he said $20. He's a reap off. He gonna hustle you for your hard earn money. He's service is real poor, cause he's ideology is poor.

Went and picked up a MacBook from this location. It also came with a charger that was not new at all. I took the computer back because the charger wouldn't work and it broke off in the computer. This unprofessional boy (because he is far from a man) was trying to tell me that he didn't give me that charger because all of theirs are new. Well his wife pulled back the camera from that day and clearly seeing him giving me the exact same charger I brought back. Then he had the nerve to tell me I must have went and got that from somewhere else. This place is bad for business and a reap off...DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. He do not care about the little business he do get.
