Thank You Andrea with Tandem! I wanted to buy a car through Carvana and I needed a cashier’s check in time to make a deadline (and not loose my delivery slot). Andrea was very helpful. Really felt like great community bank service and now my wife will have her be car tomorrow!

Tandem Bank in Tucker is a customer service outlier in this day an age. Whether I have to reorder checks or need help getting my online banking account set up, there is always someone ready to help when I call. If not immediately, expect a return phone call in a few minutes. No endless voice mail reroutes just excellent customer service by highly qualified staff.

It been bad one experience with Tandem Bank to take business credit. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of person who focused on my thing... I received preapproval form the Bank, I did everything that he asked. Every two day he asked for new document. Its continued around 2 month, it's terrible, isn't? If you can't to help their customers, please safe people time! Finally, he said NO. I had low-quality assistance.

The customer service is simply amazing. Any time I call or come by, I never walk away without being blown away by a responsive and friendly employee. Things are taken care of in one interaction. I’ve never experienced that at the big banks. Simply awesome, I am a huge fan.

Banking with Tandem is as refreshing as being the "coaster" on a tandem bike. The staff from management to customer service has the most can do attitude we've ever experienced from a bank. We've had business and personal accounts with some of the bigger banks, but their customer service is no match for the folks at Tandem. We are delighted they are our bankers and we can't recommend them highly enough.

Super sweet and friendly staff. Was greeted warmly and treated like family immediately. On first appearance super small but they were super fast and full of information on how I can build my business. Printed out debit card same day.. NO WAIT. SUPER EXCITED BIG BANKS ARE OVER RATED..

This is the best bank I have ever used. The personnel is so kind and caring and will go out of their way to make sure that you get the best service available. No standing in lines to take care of business or cash a check. There is plenty of personnel to handle all transactions in a timely manner.They remind me of what a bank used to be.

I love this place. Great Service and wonderful people. If you have the time and are in the area, then you can't have better personal bankers. If you do everything online, then this is the bank that you should look into even if you don't come in to see them!!!!
