horror show. the worse customer support I have seen. they don't acknowledge you. they ignore you. why do these people get a paycheck. for what. store was full of unhappy customers. never again.

Worse experience with a phone company ever! I won’t recommend this store. Yes staff is nice, but their problem solving skills are not good. They make you promises, they fired their staff and they just simple don’t honor what they offer because the person you talked to is not longer with them. I didn’t make a deal with a person, I make a deal with a representative of the branch, that is not professional.Then I came back to do what customer service told me to do, and they just said that wasn’t doable. I ask them to call customer service and they just refuse to do it, again! So unprofessional, unkind. I had to call customer service again and ask them to help me because nobody in this store were willing to help me. Thank you, I’ll stay with Verizon

DO NOT understand how this location got such a high rating! I was looking to definitely upgrade to an S23 Ultra. YOUNG lady says they didn't have the demo for me to look at; only in the box..AND she couldn't take it out the box for me to look at or hold! THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE when trying to sell to a customer! I walked out! PITIFUL!!!!

Thee new manager is cold lmao she told me it was my issue that i was charged 30 extra on my bill for changing my plan bc she doesn't issue bill credits. Girlah the change was only active for less than 20 mins why should i have to pay an additional 30$ ? Let's be fr and the sales rep failed to mention the additional charge. What a joke ! I'll never return to this location

I went to Tmoblie today because my husband had a defective phone. The young girl that was sitting at the desk was very rude and basically told us to come back another day. Her attitude was not call for. Maybe she needed to Pray or something today. Because honey it’s 2023 we need better customer service and positive people in the workplace. It makes us not to want to come back… But Katie the assistant manger or manager helped us with great customer service and a positive Attitude!!! She deserves something for helping us while customers were coming in. The young girl with the attitude just sat down and was yelling who”s the next person I can help. Katie!!! Great Job!!!

David always looking out with the free stuff he never ring me up for chargers tablets or speakers I love my JBL speaker I use it every-time I go out on the weekends he must be a T-Mobile favorite the way he conduct business very freely I never see it on a bill love it
