I have only great things to say about this facility. It is bittersweet that this is my daughter's last day. She has been here since the age of 1 and loved everything about it. The director, Mrs. Regina and after school teacher Ms. Eva showed so much love to the kids and the kids loved them too! While I was at work, I KNEW my daughter was in good hands...

My niece went to this daycare for a little under a year. Changed teachers more than once. My niece was 2 years old and someone dislocated her arm. Ask to see the cameras was denied. Have a video with her laying on the floor with a DISLOCATED ARM and they didn’t report it to the parents. She had to go to the hospital that night. Haven’t heard back about the state investigation. Be careful when the daycare’s is always hiring on indeed. Will be following up. Doctor reports can be posted also.

They never answer calls or emails. I have submitted a form through the website to get connected. I've also emailed twice and called over 4 times during open hours, left a voicemail once. They never contacted me and I gave up on trying to get a tour.

I just called and asked if they are enrolling. The lady said no, there’s a waiting list. I told her that my child is 15 mos but is not walking yet. Mind you, my child went to the Decatur location since she was 3 mos until she turn 1. I have to step back from work and take care of her. The lady told me because she’s not walking, she can’t be in the toddler room and she’s too old for the infant room. So if my daughter was still at sunshine house in Decatur, would they kick her out because she isn’t walking yet? I thought that was rude and shouldn’t be a policy. I praised sunshine house but the rules are ridiculous. Other daycare is still going to accept my daughter whether she walks or not, I just have to pay for that room, which is fine. Money is not an issue. I just thought sunshine house was better than that.

My 3 year daughter has been going here full time for over a year. We tried 2 other facilities before finding the Sunshine House. As a parent, you want the absolute best for your children, and we finally found it at the Sunshine House in Tucker. Our daughter is thrilled to go to daycare every morning. The staff has been amazingly consistent (almost 0 turnover in the year we've been here) and I think that speaks to the high quality, professional atmosphere of the facility. You are always greeted with a smile when you arrive, and "have a great day!" when you leave. The classrooms are educational, as well. My husband and I are often blown away by the information our daughter comes home and shares with us that she learned! I highly recommend this daycare facility!

The commitment to the safety, health, and development of children at this facility is OUTSTANDING!! My three year old has been attending this center since he was four months and he absolutely LOVES the teachers and support staff and guess what? They love him just as much! He seems to know everyone there and everyone there seems to know him. Ms. Regina (the director) is readily available to address any and all concerns for the parents. The teachers at every level set and maintain high standards so that the children meet developmental and social milestones. I simply cannot say enough. The Sunshine House in Tucker is just the best - a "FIVE" star rating doesn't really tell the whole story.

I absolutely LOVE the Sunshine House in Tucker. My son has been going there since he was 18 months. He is now 4 and in PreK. First time I walked in there to tour, I felt a sense of comfort. Every last teacher/staff member we have adored. My son can't leave for the day without giving EVERY single teacher a hug. He has learned so much, made some friends, and just all out had a good time. I'm so sad this is his last year there but my daughter will be going there soon as she turns 1. I highly recommend this center!!!

I am soooo glad that my son attends The Sunshine House!! The staff are absolutely wonderful with the children! They are warm, caring, and thorough. I admire how they care for the children and fuel them academically as well.My son has been attending since the summer, and has not gotten sick once. He always comes home clean, well kept, and happy! The children are never dirty or slimy ( you know how a lot of little noses can be slimy !) I am just so grateful for Sunshine House, and am excited for my son to attend Pre-K there next year!

This Sunshine House is fantastic. I was very worried about leaving my 2 month old when starting back at work. Ms. Stacey in the baby room made all my worries disappear. She is phenomenal and my daughter adores her. The staff is so kind and helpful and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a trusting daycare center.
