Absolutely Fantastic! As a local REALTOR they will be at the top of my list. Our personal items need to be international shipping ready. Their estimate was FAST and spot on! Easy to have them return and add to our lift! Amazing communication (quick via text, phone, email).. Super helpful and did an amazing packing and cleanup... They took care of EVERYTHING!!!!!

I recently just helped my mom move from a 2-story single family house to a 2-bedroom apartment. I chose Sunrise Moving as someone I know used them previously, and I'm so glad that I did. The quote was very reasonable, and the absolutely nothing broke during the move which rarely happens. Overall, whenever I move again, Sunrise will be the first phone call I make!

We used Bekins and their Atlanta franchise Sunrise Moving to move from Atlanta to the DC area in late June, and we had an overall terrible experience with Bekins/Sunrise Moving. The initial communication with Bekins/Sunrise was great and they were responsive. On the actual packing days, the movers who packed and loaded the truck in Atlanta were awesome, they came on-time and packed our home in a quick and efficient manner.Our nightmare with Bekins/Sunrise began the day our home was being packed. Our moving coordinator failed to coordinate moving in with the condo complex we moved to in the DC area, so we handled coordination/moving with the DC condo complex and Bekins/Sunrise. We received conflicting information regarding our move from Sunrise and Bekins corporate and each party blamed the other for the miscommunication, and again had to handle communication between both parties, rather than our moving coordinator handling the communication. Our moving coordinator was also unresponsive when we were driving up to DC; even the moving truck driver had issues reaching our moving coordinator.In addition to the lack of communication, we were initially charged approximately $7500-8500 to move a 1 BD condo to DC, but the final bill ended up being approx. $5500, so that's good. Even though Sunrise/Bekins use a "cost-not to exceed" estimate, we realized late in the game when the Sunrise movers were packing our belongings that the "cost-not to exceed" estimate is basically a marketing gimmick, and they will send updated contracts for the customer to sign if any small thing changes.I won't fault Sunrise for the nightmare when our goods were delivered to our DC-area condo since delivery was Bekin's responsibility, but needless to say this move was a disaster, and our worst move. This will be our last time using Bekins or any of their regional franchises.

Using Sunrise Movers was the easiest moving experience I’ve had. We moved internationally for the first time and were aware of all the obstacles due to Charlene’s communication. Charlene and Eyal were extremely professional, careful, and responsive throughout the whole process. They came by our house to give us a quote prior to the move and we had an estimate 30 minutes later. Overall, I would highly recommend Sunrise Movers!

We have moved a lot and Sunrise is by far the best move we've ever had. There was a lot of communication. The move was fast and professional. Our moving crew was top notch. No surprises. Great value for the money. Will definitely use again in the future. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Sunrise Moving service, so much so that I am writing my first online review. From the moment I called and spoke with Charlene I felt like I had a professional and knowledgeable partner to help us get through our local Atlanta move.Sunrise takes great care to provide a thorough on-site estimate and ours was spot on with no surprises at the end. They communicate well at each step of the process so we always knew what to expect and exactly when the team would arrive.Our stellar team was Eli, Melvin, Jorge, Oscar and Edgar who took such care with our belongings I cannot say enough about this team. They were prompt, courteous, kind, hardworking men from start to finish. We had some challenging pieces of furniture and a lot of stairs. They handled everything with no problem, as they are professional movers, unlike what you sometimes see in a local move. When we move again, I will choose Sunrise again without a doubt!

Had a great move with Sunrise! Their team was quick and professional on move day and got it all done so quickly. The spreadsheet they have you fill out of your items is really helpful for getting an estimate and to remind yourself of how many big items you will have on move day. We will definitely use them again for our next move and recommend them to friends!
