I purchased a Nissan Altima from this place and when I first got the service light came on for transmission issue they said that so called repair services fixed the car and I have been here 4 times for the same issue that they claim they fixed the company is OK but they need to train the repair company they deal with cause obviously I don't know if they know what they are doing I HAVE NEVER WENT TO GET A CAR REPAIRED 4 TIMES FOR THE SAME ISSUE NEVER

This has been by far the worst experience ever dealing with this poor company. Me and my fiance purchase a truck from these very unprofessional inconsiderate people, only for them to take our money , do fake repairs, and not even a real oil change. We paid 1,200 for a new transmission and got a used one that went out within 2 months, 600 for new catilac converters and got used ones that went right back out as well. Payed for a oil change and only got have the oil. The whole place is a scam. We was set to have the tittle next month, and strangly all the confusion started, ect....

Sterling Auto has been my favorite place to buy a car I have now purchased 2 vehicles with them
My salesman Johnathan Taylor is the best he literally stands behind all of the vehicles he sells he won’t allow you to buy anything that’s not worth the money and he does his best to find you a vehicle that’s suits all your needs as well as mechanically reliable
Dave is very compassionate and he’s helpful with any task you need assistance and has a lot of knowledge about his cars and has no problem answering questions I ask
Jackie and Stephanie i absolutely love their energy when I walk in the door they always keep things in perspective but in a loving and supportive way
The entire team treats me like family and i wouldn’t recommend anywhere else to buy a car 10/10

We had an amazing experience at Sterling Auto whenever i go in Mrs. Stephanie and Mrs Jackie are always a delight. David is amazing to deal with. We came in with the hopeing and praying that we would be able to drive away after so many turn downs and thanks to all these lovely people and our wonderful salemen JONATHAN

The service that I have received from this place has been amazing. I literally brought my car in GA location and drive it to Pennsylvania that night! I have had my car for over six months and no issues that they were not willing to fix.
The staff has always been kind to me! Jackie is the sweetest, Stephanie is straightforward and very understanding, just be honest with the team and they don’t mind helping out. I even recommended my wife to them for her vehicle. Great customer service!!
