Great small store. Wonderful employees. Very nice and helpful and they remember their customers....today 3/02/2017 I got stranded at the store and Mitchell was so nice to come jump my car off so I could get home. He is such a nice man and he will have my business and anyone who I can send his way. Thank you Mitchell for being so nice and helping me. You are truly a blessing to this girl!!! Still my favorite little store as of today 3/5/2023

Staff is always super solid and helpful. They have enough of an inventory to ensure you can leave with whatever you’re looking for. And they’ve just recently installed a great little ‘cigar shop’ in the back, with standing humidors and premium cigars. Legit af.

Inconsistent service. The manager wants to act a certain way one day and another way the next. She's very passive aggressive and purposely tried to get under my skin. Will not be returning. I used to love this establishment and it has been my go to since I moved to this area. I hope they go out of business. Horrible horrible service. On top of that, she tried to get me to tell her things about another employee. This manager is a woman and she's looking for any type of ammunition to use against the employees at this location. In other words. She's a narc. Do not shop here. They give selective service and it's borderline racism. *update because they responded. Your employees have seen me before. I've had the greatest pleasure of being taken care of by a black woman with locs. Her service was amazing and she DID check my ID. So your reply is invalid. Your service is terrible. Don't try to justify it with some piss poor response.

I love this smoke shop. You can feel that it's owned by a woman-everything's clearly laid out but it's not overwhelming. The staff are very helpful when it comes to trying new things or suggesting. The prices are very decent as well. I appreciate that. New go to.
