Been coming here for years but never again! I received damage to my vehicle but they refused to accept responsibility! Here are the photos of the damage. I was told by an employee I was tripping over my car! The place has a blue and white wall that has been hit more times than a heavyweight boxer! I have a blue and white scratch on my car go figure.WELL, HERE COMES ME TRIPPING WITH EVERYTHING I HAVE!

I have been coming here for years. The price has increased and the quality of service has greatly decreased. I paid for the upgrade to get the bugs off my windshield and front bumper. All they did is spray some spray on beforehand and send it through the wash. I spent $30 for what? The machine does the work, they wipe it down with a towel and vacuum it. My front end and windshield still have bug remains. They are getting paid a lot for less than 10 minutes of work. In the meantime, I guess I will finish their job.Services: Full body wash

I have come here for a few years now and service is a 50/50. Priced have increased so definitely makes me think about going to another car wash. The staff I have interacted with our fine and haven’t had any issues with them. Car on the inside usually looks really clean and a thorough job is done but outside of the car is sometimes good and sometimes they leave visible spots that are dirty. Might start looking into a new car wash. Plenty of seating inside.

Front of my vehicle was still dirty after they washed it. Said it would cost more to clean it. Scratches after the car wash. I will be finding a better car wash.

My experience was horrible. Not to mention the manager there had no clue what the status was on my car. I requested a hand wash job. When I arrived there were only 6 cars ahead of me. I waited a whole hour before I started complaining about why it was taking so so long. When I approached the front desk the female manager started giving me excuses they were so busy which was a lie because there were hardly any wash jobs that were there initially. I have 7 cars that I bring there. When I walked around the back of the building my car was still sittingthere in the same place. Ticket#828

I wish I could give a zero... This place has gone down over the years. I have been here the last two times and my car has not been washed throughly... This last time I went I wanted my car washed inside and out my car was pulled to the back at 2:18 at 3:15 my car still hadn't been touched. We watched people walk in 30 to 45 minutes after us leave before us. The manager stated they work on a first come first serve. When My boyfriend went out to see what was going on with our car. The guy jumps in the car and starts moving it to wash. We have been coming here for over 7 years consistently and will not be back.

This is a full service car wash. However, they did not clean my wheels. I told manager and instead of fixing problem she explained they could not be clean because of the aluminum they are made of. What a crock! I told her she lost a customer. $38 AND MY CAR STILL DIRTY. Ugh!

WARNING: Do NOT go here. My experience was horrible. The employees are slack and lazy with terrible attitudes. communication skills are low. No attention to detail. There is disconnect between the greeters who sell the service, the cleaners who do the service, and managers who oversee. Note: Managers do NOT care about reviews or customer service. You will go, pay for substandard work, and complaining to managers will lead to nothing. I wish I read these reviews BEFORE I came here.

My first time visiting but my family comes often. I got there on a Thursday right before they opened.The service was fast and I loved the final result of my vehicle.I will return and recommend.

Really bad this time. I send my work vehicles in to get washed here so I brought my own car in today. It was the absolute worst inside out car wash that I’ve had. I had to ask them to vacuum the floors there was still dirt on them I had to take the rag and wipe the inside of everything down gearshift panel I need to go home and do myself. I don’t know what I paid $28 for and I probably will not be bringing my company vehicles here anymore.Services: Full body wash

Worst customer service and lack of communication has forced me to never return here. This was my first time and honestly my last and only time. They speak Spanish and they lack communication had me so lost and confused about my service and I get they are busy but they will lose a lot of customers this way including myself. I will never recommend anyone here.

I paid $170 for the bumper to bumper service - they told me it would take 1hr to 1.5hrs but it took 2 1/2 hours - they forgot to clean the trunk even though I requested up front and did a bad job shampooing carpets, left stains, did not polish the wheels adequately, left dust and pollen in various spots, left a film across the edge of all car windows. I’ve been a repeat customer in the past but this time I requested a small discount for the poor job and extreme wait time and was told NO by the manager… And that if I wanted a “full detail” I should go elsewhere because they do “express” detail and that I should not expect a complete job to be done. They do not treat customers (even repeat customers) well and do not handle disputes fairly - and do a sloppy incomplete job cleaning and detailing.Services: Full body wash

On 2 occasions I waited over 2.5 HOURS FOR MY CAR. The car has to be hand washed, so I paid the extra cost and sat in the waiting area, 15 cars came through, except mine. MY CAR SAT for 90 minutes before anyone even touched it. Then at the end, they didn't wipe the back hatch, or the mirrors and there was debris in the cargo area, I spent 20 more minutes wiping stuff myself. This place is the worst. Then 2nd car- my convertible, which has to be hand washed... I pulled in and 47 minutes later (after 10 cars came and went) I went out and found my car SITTING IN THE BACK UN-TOUCHED. One employee was smoking /chatting, another was fixing a truck and my car had not been touched for 50 minutes. Ms Karla had to go find someone to get my KEYS! OMG THE WORST PLACE! SPENT 4 HOURS on a wash & had to clean some areas myself after almost 3 hours, then 2nd car SAT untouched almost an hour. No apologies from management- they just look and shrug shoulders. Horrible service, find anyplace else.

My family were regular customers but the last two visits including my experience today were disappointing. Was told by a snarky manager and employee that I paid for the "super wash" which didn't include wiping down the seats... the manager proceeded to direct us to the price board which clearly says creases and crevices air blown, the car vacuumed and it would be an additional $62 to clean my seats. Mind you they are leather and the only thing we needed done was a basic wipe down. My son has spilled yogurt which they did get off the back seat and the back door. The spot pointed out was literally 2 dots on the back of the passenger seat. We were told they were wiped down... I took one finger, licked it, and wiped 1 dot off....The floor mat still had crust on it and stuff still in cup holder. Even added nice finger prints on the top of the door window from closing it by the door...We waited for an hour to be shrugged off because it was closing and they didn't want to take accountability for the sloppy work done. As a manager I highly doubt the owner will be happy to hear that the manager(who sat behind the desk watching a movie the whole time) is suggesting customers make disputes with our bank if we aren't satisfied with work that is obviously NOT clean, seen in reviews before mine as well. When will be be able to spend $60-150+ for the quality service insured on the website.
