Leased to own a dryer on Friday November first, paid for installation and delivery plus pick up the old dryer. They said they will deliver it on Monday November fourth, Monday comes the delivery guy calls then says he will be at my house between 11-12. It’s 1:37, we call to see what happened. The manager tells us they’re going out of business so they can’t deliver it. I was like what? Who the hell does this? Bankruptcy takes 6 months to a year if it’s Chapeter 7 and 5 years for Chapter 13, yall didn’t know about going out of business on Friday to tell people? It’s good for them, good riddance because they way they talk about each other in front of customers plus they’re rude! I had to cuss them out!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Evelyn Reed at American Harbor in Tucker, Georgia. I called on Monday to check if they had a freezer in stock at roughly 3pm, and to my relief, they did. Evelyn was incredibly diligent and was trying to help me out in any way possible so I could pay online and receive the freezer the same day. This was an emergency situation, and her efforts to get me the freezer so quickly were absolutely remarkable. She made a huge impact to my family. Thanks to Miss I cannot stress enough, this was a tall stand alone freezer. So it's massive. We would have lost so much money in food. She made a whole difference in my family's hardship. Thanks to her, we didn't lose any of our food.
