We would like to share our experience in visiting your Tucker location on Tuesday. My wife and I were greeted by Dakota who immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. His professionalism and mannerism were exemplary in making sure that we were totally satisfied customers, and I even purchased an extra pair having received this type of courtesy which is rare depending upon where you shop or travel!

A terrific shoe shopping experience. They'll measure your feet (turns out I was buying the wrong size shoes for years!!), put shoes on for you, lace them up for you... it's like being Cinderella lol! With the kind and friendly help of Bretney, I chose a cute pair of sneakers and a cute pair of sandals. I don't have pics yet because they are special ordering them - I'm so excited for when they arrive. They're comfortable and supportive shoes. Felicia was working there too and was very friendly as well! Thank you both!!

They will not try to up sell you or sell you something you don't need. They are more than happy to assist and if they can't they are more than happy to tell you where you may go to get what you need. Thank you for helping me when I needed it most... the right type of socks. ?

A few weeks ago my mother and I went to this location to purchase her a pair of dress shoes. Immediately upon arrival, we were welcomed with the most courteous customer service by the kind gentleman (Ashley C.). Not only was Ashley C., kind and considerate, he was a product expert. He made some amazing style and size recommendations that we absolutely loved and you can tell he loves what he does. Ashley, we cannot thank you enough for your time, patience, consideration and kindness. Shopping with you was a wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back and working with you again. This is a nice SAS Shoes location with a very friendly, helpful staff. The shoes are extremely high quality, made in America, and well worth their price. This is also one of the best stores/brands for people with wide feet. Definitely shop here!

If you’re ever thinking about making a purchase here, NEVER EVER purchase from here. Horrible customer service, rude and the front lady literally yelled at my parents today. They’ve been purchasing from this location for over 7 years and the way she treated my parents was unbelievable and unprofessional and no customer should ever be humiliated nor be made fun of by an employee. SAS needs to rethink about who they’re hiring because they just lost a customer and we’re never going back.

Drove an hour to this SAS shoe store on Saturday 3/12/22 and they are closed but show's that they are open on their website.

To whom it may concern I give a star but the truth is I would not give anything I have been buying in this store for 15 years and they have never treated me with bad service and the attention of a lady with expensive mesh msl service treated me very badly this person is called RAYSHEYA very badly service and I am sure that when I left the store she raised her finger at me for being Hispanic but because I am Hispanic I cannot be discriminated against in that way she ensures that the business does not come to Hispanics like me because of her bad service and behavior Zero Stars ???? ???

SAS, use to be an excellent shoes, since the owner has passed, the quality, the care and inventory has been hit or miss, there are alot of change with the company. The store that had a good amount traffic has gone slow,out dated and might close more of its store in coming years.
