I am sitting in line to get gasoline right now at this location. I have been sitting here for over 30 minutes and they have only been three cars in front of me to get gasoline. One of the customers did not understand how to use the gas pump and I put on my window to ask the attendant to go over and help her so that she could complete her gasoline purchase. He just stood and looked at me as if he was not able to understand what I was saying or either he just refused to go over and help the customer. It is like this every afternoon at this location. I even tried to call into the store to speak to someone so that they could send someone else out to help the attendant since they are over 20 cars waiting out here to get gas. No one even answered the phone. This location is the worst Sam’s I have ever been to. There is always some kind of problem and no one ever answers the phone when you call there. Do better Sams Club!

So on Tuesday night I had remembered that I need to order a cake last minute for my son’s bday. Needless to say I was scrambling to figure out what to do so I went to Sam’s bakery to see what I could do and I was greeted by a very pleasant and patient employee (Carla I think that’s her name) but regardless she was very attentive detail oriented and very helpful. She took me thru the steps of ordering thru the app for my cake which by the way idk was the new way of doing things. Sam’s you all need more employees like her she’s a great asset to have and I look forward to coming back and placing more cake orders in the future

The food court condiments were low or none to go with hot dogs and soda, and the staff was not willing to come out and replenish the supply after being asked.

Costumer service is terrible, I needed help with a payment and the employee (Shaay) was very rude with me. The area is also not clear and it’s FULL at all times…you can’t even shop properly.

So they don't give out boxes to customers at Sam's anymore? Guess you are gonna have to travel with empty boxes in your trunk when you go shopping!

By far my favorite Sam’s to shop at. I absolutely love their Ceviche salad they offer. But the past two times I have went to get it who ever is making it is making it EXTREMELY TO SALTY AND NEEDS TO STOP. I am very disappointed ☹️

It's a Sam's club. Always stocked , mobile check out is awesome . Lots of parking and lots of people shopping. Best prices for most items.

Your customer service bucks, when calling they pickup and then hang up the phone. No one seam to know nothing about when asked about a certain return items
