Night manager closed the store while I was in the restroom and then accused me of “snatching” the unlocked door open to get into the bathroom. No clear hours they just change as they please. Visit the gas station directly across the street, blows this place out of the water by a mile!

This is NOT a 24hrs gas station as advertised! For the last 4 years atleast once 10/11pm hits it closes with workers on the inside dancing , listening to music and o their phones. You can never get anything to eat because the grill is forever empty ! This has to be the worse location out of them all.

It's a nice Racetrac for drinks and snacks, but I do not recommend anything else like fruit, or ice cream toppings which stay out indefinitely. The toppings should be covered, in my opinion. I saw some moldy fruit, which is why I'm writing this review, but honestly I don't know if I should expect any better from a gas station. This is the first time I've seen it this bad though.

This place just opens and closes whenever they want to. They didn't even have any signs posted tonight about being closed. At least they were posted yesterday. Judging from the other reviews I've seen this seems to have been going on for a very long time now. I guess management just doesn't care.
I was just standing around outside for a couple minutes trying to figure out why they were closed, when a woman yelled from around the corner really loudly, "Sir! SirI the police are coming!"
After telling her I was just posting my review about how they were closed with no notice on the doors, she said "oh well you can go across the street to the other place"
Was I doing something wrong other than trying to figure out why it wasn't open? How can I be trespassing when the store was supposed to be open 24/7?
I thought that was really rude of her. The store appears to be really inconsistent with their hours and the times that their ice cream machines are open as well. They appear to be able to close whenever they want. So you never know if you're going to be able to get yourself a nice treat or not.
After calming down a little, she even remarked that she was the only one there when clearly there was another employee inside as well working at the counter. But she made me feel really bad about myself and made me feel like a criminal just for trying to figure out what was going on.
It's just not fair that this place advertises itself as being 24/7 and they can close whenever they want. It also seems like really bad business to me that she told me I could go across the street to the other gas station.
As much as I love their ice cream station, I'm so sad as to how inconsistent it is with both the ice cream station and the convenience store itself.

So I'm trying to understand why its 11:08pm January 3, 2024 and racetrac is closed! I visit here at least 3 times a day , so any hours after 9pm the store is closed, this goes on so frequent....I'm calling coperate

The men's smaller toilet's door handle doesn't work. Seems like staff is aware of this but for some reason it hasn't been fixed or have a sign warning you that you'll be locked in.

No franchise randomly closes the restroom more than Racetrac. The restrooms are clean at Quicktrip across the street & always open, so I can get gas elsewhere

Stopped in at 7pm parked on the side & attempted to enter side door where I pulled to open door mgr Jasmine wouldn’t allow me & 3 y/o granddaughter to enter & locked door while we were standing there & we had to walk all the way around to the front door. Asked why when I went to check out & She & other worker Raiini were extremely rude saying they had to lock the door when Sun went down for their safety. I frequent this store daily in the morning & that shift is always kind & extremely friendly but because Jasmine was so rude and stated she works all shifts I’ll take my daily business across the road. Y’all need better trained shift leaders for sure. If they are afraid when it’s still daylight they need to just stay home for everyone’s safety.
