From the beginning of this new location, the pharmacy department is always far behind the times. And even the pharmacy associates express, they are overloaded. If they always take time for more than an hour, I am really so surprised.

I’ve had 2 interactions with this pharmacy and both have been underwhelming. Associates have an attitude of customers being an inconvenience they are forced to deal with. Got a question? Save it because they are not paid to be helpful, just paid to sneer. Vaccination room doubles as trash storage which feels like it could be better planned.

I was hesitant to review this because I had different expectations. I moved to Stone Mountain from Gary, IN and have been using this pharmacy for over a year, and my comparisons were for a different area and Walgreens. Back home it was typical to get prescriptions same day, heck you could leave the doctor's office and have it ready by the time you make it to the store. While I was thrown off having to wait a day it was understandable, however it has been consistently the case where I put in for a refill with 4 or 5 days of medication left, and have had to go several days without because it is not being filled. I use the Pharmacy app, and this last time I put on for 3 medications all on the same day at the same time. 2 of 3 filled the same day, the one I was low on and close to running out sat 6 days, I finally called to see when it would be ready and of course they say they don't have it in stock and it will be ready tomorrow. The thing is Everytime I call when a medication is taking longer than 3 days it's always it was going to be ready tomorrow. It's like they don't care about medications that are not in stock unless you call. It's terrible and consistently happens, I won't pretend to know how to run a pharmacy but something is broken here. Leaves me no choice but to use Amazon and pay a bit more for consistency. It's kind of soured me on the local pharmacy market in Stone Mountain/Tucker

hands down the worst deli/sub service. given this place too many times and they continue to disappoint. ordered subs online and an hour later they are still not ready. they seem short staffed behind the counter yet there's a dozen or so staff just watching as this line continues to grow. zero sense of urgency. the publix on shallowford is the way to go.

I had no idea they closed the location I went to for years in the chic fil a complex and move down the street. It's nice but they were really low on stock. Got what I needed though. Worked in Tucker for years, never foresaw them revamping the area and adding new businesses. It looks good. It's where the old sears warehouse was on mountain Industrial.

Waited 45 minutes to cash a coin star receipt? Maybe it's staffing issues but as I was waiting I watched a girl stealing sandwiches from the deli.

I was disappointed when this moved down the street. But I must agree, it was for the best. The shopping plaza is nicer. The store is larger. The traffic.... Not so nice during rush hour but you can plan your trip. Employees are helpful, selection is awesome. I have no complaints.

We need another Publix (almost ANY given neighborhood where the big 'P' roams) like we need another corner gas station, right? This particular one, less than a mile our daughter's place in Georgia, is at least replacing an older one just down the road. In the brand-new design/layout, these stores are undeniably attractive and pleasant to shop in, and Publix staff are usually friendly and helpful. As usual, Publix often has very nice BOGOFs that are hard-to-beat, and they almost never run out of sale items; but also as usual, their regular prices of other products, particularly in meats and produce, are ouch-inducing - you don't have to be Katie Porter to put that package of bacon back. As beautifully arrayed as their produce is, the non-sale prices are often 2x or more what I'd pay at other options available to me. Still, having a grocer AND a pharmacy so close to home for our daughter's family is definitely a boon, even if she'll still be getting most of her stuff from Aldi, Jusgo....etc., I'm sure.

The place was fine but I’m mad at what I brought today. I brought coconut for 3 dollar and when I open it, it was rotting. This is my first time buying there as well.

Thanks to grocery manager Richard for saving a few rolls of TP for healthcare workers during Friday morning healthcare shopping hour. Thanks for going the extra mile for us!

The manager Lauren Ragan does not care about customers especially during this time of covid 19 crisis, I am reaching out to head quarters to make a serious complaint right now, I will push this matter until it gets handled.

First time to use this Publix. Took 2 prescriptions (pain medications) to get filled that did not need to be picked up for 2 days. Was told by pharmacist they have a hard time keeping it stocked and that this "always happens" with these medications.
