I had a terrible experience at the PNC branch in Tucker. I have been a PNC customer since it was Flagstar Bank. I visited this branch to get a time-sensitive document, a Medallion Signature Guarantee. I called my usual branch in Decatur, and they redirected me to Tucker. I scheduled an appointment with the manager, (Mr. Sanyang) who made me wait for about 40 minutes due to short staffing. He mentioned that I would receive a decision from PNC regarding approval or denial within 2 business days. However, a week later, I had not heard anything. I found out that the manager was out of the country for the next month on vacation. When I called two other PNC branches to inquire about my options, I was told that the manager's assistant, Lisa, could check the status of my request. However, when I spoke to Lisa, she seemed clueless about the process and said she could not help me. I was told that they were understaffed. In addition, when I contacted PNC customer service for assistance, they called Lisa on a 3-way call, but Lisa hung up on the PNC representative. I sent an email to the manager but received a response when I reached out to higher-ups, which was a month and a half after my initial visit to PNC Tucker. This branch needs a restructuring; you will hear all the complaints if you are put on hold in the waiting area like I was. It was completely inconsiderate and rude for the manager to waste my time in scheduling a meeting, knowing he was leaving for vacation and would not be able to answer my request. He literally scheduled the meeting himself. He needs to get organized. He should have told me upfront that he was headed out of town for a month and re-routed me to another branch. It was so unprofessional. The whole ordeal has me closing my personal and business accounts and moving them to my other bank.
Mr. Sanyang,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my recent appointment for a medallion signature. Upon the initial consultation, I was advised that a response would be provided within 2 business days. However, a week later, I was informed that the service and you would not be available until July. This lack of timely information is disheartening, especially considering the time sensitivity of the requested documents. Had I been made aware of this earlier, I would have sought assistance at another branch.
Additionally, I was assured that Lisa, your assistant, would contact me with an update on the status of my request. However, it has been three days, and I am still awaiting her response. As a long-standing customer with both personal and business accounts at PNC for over 13 years, I am deeply troubled by the lack of responsiveness and communication in this matter.
Furthermore, I entrusted your institution with private documents containing sensitive personal information, including my social security details. In light of these circumstances, I am unsure of the appropriate course of action now.

This place is not my normal pay but if you’re a PNC customer avoid this bank it took forever to do the simplest deposit it was literally like banking again in 1985 and the mistake was made on the deposit and when I tried to correct it I realized it’s gonna take another Like 2030 minutes to get it corrected and I only have another 30 or 40 years on this planet so I just decided to lose money this bank people were just standing around because there was nowhere to get help and the people helping the customers were slow slower than a dead man you broke legs I am never coming back to this branch it’s worth it losing a few dollars to get the time back

This morning I went to make a deposit for our family business. I arrived around 10am and after sending the deposit, a woman addressed me about 4 minutes later. She informed me she was assisting another customer and would be with me in a few minutes. Totally fine, I get it she's finishing up a transaction and would be with me in a FEW minutes. She also left the camera monitor on, facing her and the customer so I watched and I watched. Five minutes, I could understand...but after fifteen minutes of waiting, I became annoyed.I called the branch and asked to speak to the manager, the woman who answered said he wasn't in yet and asked how she could help me. I then explained the above situation, and low and behold I watched as three other women appeared on the monitor. She informed me they only had one teller and apologized for the wait. I told her 15 minutes was unacceptable and if I wasn't helped immediately our company would pull our money out and bank elsewhere. She placed me on hold and I watched the women converse among themselves. Then, (I'm assuming) the woman who was on the phone with me took the deposit from the lady still at the counter and another five minutes went by and after a total of about 24 minutes my deposit was complete.I was shocked when I saw the other women appear as soon as the lady on the phone began talking to the woman at the counter. I was very disappointed in the customer service and after speaking with my father the owner of our business he's considering moving his six figures to another bank.

I was having some issue with my bank account and I went to resolve that this Saturday. Then we were sent to Mr James Moss for that issue. And he is a Godsend. He took care of the issue so immediately and helped us with utmost sincerity! He went above and beyond to help us and that too on weekend. Before, I was thinking about switching to a different bank and close this account.. and this experience totally changed my thought. I am staying with PNC just for the experience I had today with Mr James. PNC needs more employee like him. I am so thankful to him. May God bless him!

Long time customer at this branch. I am friendly, good rapport with people, and those who are not newer employees know & recognize me with a smile & warm greeting; others pleasant as well. I am a "people person." Always excellent service at this, my branch.

Most unprofessional banking experience I’ve ever had. I opened an account with Lisa, who was kind but spelled my name incorrectly on my account. When I returned to have the mistake corrected, James was rude and degrading. I then asked to close the account due to poor customer service. He told me I was not going to be able to cash withdraw my money and I would have to pay a $35 fee to close the account. Walk, not run, to any other bank.

It really seems like PNC don't want customers anymore, the lack of customer service and care is appalling. They can't use Covid as an excuse to provide poor service.

Terrible place. verry disrespectful and lazy employees. We came to open a business bank acount at 3pm and there was only one customer waiting in front of us. we were told by one of the customer service lady in the office that we were next and to wait until the previous costumer was done. After making us wait for 1 hour, another lady came to tell us we need to make an appointment, so we told her the other lady told us to wait here for the next availabilty. after she was finished with her first customer she came back to us and told us it takes 2 hours to open a business account, and we need to come back another time and make an appointment. I guess they wanted to go home early that day on a Friday even if the bank supposed to close at 6pm. I will never go back there neither bring my business there. Lazy and disrespectful empployees or manager.
