The Omega Auto Center located in Tucker; GA completed collision repairs to my Toyota Camry. The work was high quality. Messai is friendly and helpful. I received repair status updates every other day. He is knowledgeable not only on collision repairs but can efficiently communicate with the insurance company. This is a local small business that focuses on quality work and customer service. The work was completed promptly as promised. When I picked up the vehicle, it was thoroughly cleaned inside and out, buffed, and repainted. If you need vehicle body repairs, I recommend you consider this repair shop and talk to Messai. I'm impressed. Messay gave me the best quote I could find to replace the quarter panel on my Challenger. Initially it started as a 3 day job but ended up with my car in one. Omega Auto Center came through! EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK!! I was passing by and stopped, customer service impecable! I was updated through the entire process which ONLY took a few days! He means what he says....it took a couple of days for parts (more like 1 day) and the car was finished in 3-days!! Certainly not what I expected, but glad it was done. I left with a better LOOKING car!!! I can't say THANK YOU enough Omega Auto Center!! You have my business for sure!! Maseya was friendly, very quick to give me an estimate, and communicated very well about progress of the work. The finished body work is outstanding, and the price can't be beat. ((Omega Auto Center Inc)) this review is about the owner of the business (Ethiopian) guy I’d not his name.I agreed with his coworker to fix my car when I come to pickup my car he didn’t allowed his employe to talk to me and pay him, he was using him like a slave I called police when the police come he got a warning to do a professional job, also I am going to File a complaint with the local consumer protection office or the state agency that regulates the business, And I will Notify the Better Business Bureau (BBB),There is two auto body shop at the same building Banjamin the Spanish guy which is a great person and doing professional job but I am writing this review for the Etopean guy, kindly please don’t go there.
