I walked in the store to purchase four tires and met James who promptly walked with me to my car,showed me the thread measurements and that all tires needed replacement. Back in the store, James was very helpful in selecting the tires, offerred other services and was very professional and kept me updated as there was a delay in completing the service in a more timely manner. Once the service was completed, James reviewed the services completed on my car, shared info on the extended tire policy, alignment and what steps to take if I had an issue.Thank you so much James and your team.Nina

I had a flat tire , try to fill it with some air at the QT right next door . Came right in front of of Marvis and I saw Charles . He gave it a look and try to add air into it and told me it was a no go . He ended up putting my spare on there for me which was greatly appreciated. Great mannerism, customer service and very helpful . Will definitely be back in the future .THANK YOU CHARLES

James is AMAZING!!! He went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of.I'm not at all happy with the mechanic that raised his voice at me & LIED about putting air in my tire & almost put my life at risk!!! Thankfully, I drive a newer car that alerted me to the issue!!!

Had a great experience here. Erica help me at the desk and was so professional and helpful. Chris was my mechanic and he was honest and told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it! They never tried to over charge me or up-sale me. I will continue to use this Mavis for my basic car needs.
