If I could give this business 0 stars I would you can tell the owner is not a big fan of black people i saw him be disrespectful towards a black man while I was there. He also overcharges you when you arrive to pick up your clothes. Guy is a total j**** Pretty sure he deleted my last post too.

They tell you one price during the initial visit and when you go to pick up your clothes the price is doubled! The owner wasn’t even sorry about it!Don’t bother going to them they over charge and missing buttons on the men dress shirts! NEVER again!!!!

This cleaner ripped me off each time I went there until I realize it. Because if you're charging those prices for this many pieces then why am I paying an extra $30 each time? Then I said ok you need the money real bad or you are just evil. So I figured it got to be those and everything wicked so I'll take my business elsewhere .

I've been going to Northlake Cleaners for more than a year. I like that they do alterations too, because I need that service as well. The owner has always been nice and polite, sometimes making small talk. All my alterations were done well. I am happy with the quality of the dry cleaning as well. Never had issues with the price. I always felt it was fair for the service and similar to other places I've used.

This place is over rated! They cost a lot more and do nothing special than the other cleaners at the same street. Also, the owner not friendly at all. I will never go there ever

I liked this place UNTIL they shrunk my favorite shirt, damaged the fabric with chemicals and refused to pay for it, saying I should take it back to the manufacturer because the tag's cleaning instructions were wrong...wait, wha??? Perfect way to lose business, definitely lost mine. Bad service. Unethical.

I saw the past reviews on this blog and figured they were just people that were sensitive and had an axe to grind. I’m an attorney visiting from the Los Angeles Area (staying at a Hilton Hotel near Northlake Cleaners). I called in advance and got the prices for a 2 piece suit ($10.95) and dress shirt ($2.00). The owner seemed to be an nice passive Korean man. However, when he looked at my suit he said: “The pants don’t exactly match the jacket. It’s $13.95, not $10.00.” Then he looked at my dress shirt and said, “it’s $3.50 instead of $2.00 because it’s an extra large dress shirt”. I told him I have NEVER seen someone charge extra for a 2 piece suit that didn’t exactly match, much less for a shirt because it was an XL, rather than a large!!! Then he added, by looking at your pants, you have a 44 waist. I’ll have to charge you double once you hit a 46 waist. I have NEVER been that insulted before, much less run into someone who blatantly tries to rip off customers. If you don’t believe my complaints, read the others that have actually lost money to this creep who mistakenly uses our capitalistic system to take advantage of the customers. If I have time on this business trip, I’ll report his unfair business practices. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS. By the way, I went down the street about 1 mile to Main Street in Tucker and got my clothes dry cleaned for the same price. They had excellent reviews and heard of others that were mistreated by this createn!!!
