After going to a different auto store that could not find a part, we headed to this Nappa. The employee found the part right away. I would recommend this Nappa when you need automotive parts. It might not be the closest to you, but the employee is knowledgeable.

I went here 6 months ago and some nice guy helped me he opened my car key and replaced the battery . I came back today and the older black men honestly just seemed lazy said they’re not allowed and if that’s the case make sure everyone follows the rules !! Because that’s was real misleading and annoying experience. I went across the street to ace hardware store and they helped me with no problem .

Awful service this morning. Guy at the register looked at me like a crapped in his Corn Flakes just for walking in the door. I came up to the register and said “good morning” politely. He just looked at me and gave no greeting at all. I told him I needed my battery checked, and he just glumly said he couldn’t because no one else was in the store. No apology that they were understaffed. No offer to see what he could do. He just couldn’t be bothered by my presence. We left. Advance Auto Parts down the street has amazing friendly service and the battery that I ultimately needed after taking the time to test everything. Advance is less than 1/4 mile down the street. Go there.
