I’ve been to this metro multiple times. It’s always clean and staff is helpful! They also are a bilingual staff!! Would highly recommend!!!!

Horrible customer service. Rude arrogant and wouldn't help me when I couldn't unlock my phone. There's a young Asian man and Hispanic woman who are not trying to help people at all. Stay away from this location! I'm definitly calling corporate on them. They are Con Artists!

Young Mexican store manager (and her Mexican co-worker) try to earn extra cash fraudulently. They lied to my wife that her iphone is locked and should be unlocked, and charged $20 for unlocking. But that iphone had been unlocked more than 2 years ago. Then when I came to switch phones, she told me that a SIM card can be damaged and they will charge me extra $20. I said that my SIM card can not be damaged, so she did not charge me extra $20. Today my wife switched devices and this girl tried to repeat her old trick with extra $20, but I came into the store in time. Today her Supervisor - Asian guy explained her how not to "brake SIM card" and just switch devices and she made such a big surprise on her face, like switching devices is something new for her.

I came here today to switch my services over, I was in there for about a total hour and the manager even assisted with my issue. They were so patient, thorough and professional. I forget the young lady name that worked their here name was something like Veronica or Vera but she was sweet. 10 stars if I could rate my overall experience....Thank you guys so much!!!!!

My husband switched to Metro Pcs not even a month ago. Yesterday he got a virus on his phone due to a download. He was told to do a master reset on the device as long as he knew his Gmail account information. "He did". The phone would not accept the password. We tried for hours, even logged on from a different device, but the phone would not boot. We arrived to the location where he purchased the phone explained the issue to the retailer/owner Helen C. First Helen looked at the account and stated that we didn't buy the phone there. First mistake I guess after further research she found it was purchased there. We then informaed her that the phone was obviously refurbished because there was a yahoo account recorders on the device as well. Helen confirmed several times that he was the first person to ever have the phone. All in all my husband spent 1 $150.00 on a "new phone", because the first phone that Metro claimed was new when it actually wasn't. Helen only provided a way to solve problem after I suggested switching the SIM card to another phone, she did that and guess what phone worked fine. I'm just posting this to warn people about the janky business provided by this authorized retailer. I did give her attitude because she offered no resolution other than send the phone to corporate. Why? Because sending the phone to corporate would erase the information from the previous owner of this so called new phone, and her business wouldn't be out of money. Well Helen you got what you wanted away with that so called free phone, and look he's back not even 1 month later to purchase a new phone at full price. Businesses owners/retailers like this give consumers like myself a bad taste. I told my husband to stay with Cricket Wireless but he wanted to give Metro PCS a try well they've cost you $225.14 in less than a month O yea and you haven't even paid your first bill yet.. Lesson Learned!!
