I went 3 times! Very sad because I thought I would lose my cell phone number. They had told me that several times in various branches... but today Breylyn wow this girl is a genius, she definitely loves her job, she got my number back with some calls she made, she made me get a super great plan, with a new cell phone, protectors and save all my contacts. Super grateful to her, she speaks Spanish, she is definitely an angel, really, Breylyn, you are a sun.?

Claudia and Braylln are amazing. I had trouble with a device and they were able to get it working when no one else could. The customer service was wonderful.

April 19, 2023, 12:25pm. I want to take the time now to let everyone know what kind of company MetroPCS is before I cancel service on all four of my phones. You can look at my past reviews and see that I am impartial and I think things through when it comes to products and services. MetroPCS has made me madder than I've been in along time.I bought an unlocked phone and I wanted to bring it to MetroPCS. [DAY 1] After walking through the online steps, my phone would not get signal. I spent several hours going through the automated system to get service with no success. [Day2] I spent the entire day talking with corporate MetroPCS and going through the automated systems that they assured me would work - but didn't. So, I went to a MetroPCS store. The employee was able to get my phone working, so I left but 20 minutes later, I had no signal. So [Day 3] I went to a corporate store on LaVista Rd and told the employee of my ordeal. He said that there was nothing he could do and nothing he was willing to do to help me fix this problem (of swapping phones) so I asked him, "So, you're saying that MetroPCS will do nothing more to help me, and MetroPCS would rather me switch to a different company?" Emphatically, he said, "Yes."I'm not sure what their business model is, but they've lost me as a customer. I used to respect this company, and maybe TMobile is trying to anger MetroPCS customers enough so that they run to TMobile. Whatever it is, please be weary of this company!
